Inkasaire was a wonderful base to enjoy the Sacred Valley from. This family run enterprise includes three brothers and Papi. Each family member has their specialty to provide a well-rounded support system. Miqi coordinates everything, answers questions with patience and has great suggestions. The dishes coming out of Heberth's kitchen were TOP! The Inkasaire team also includes friends in the area like Filipe, a licensed tour guide, and Marco for transport. One of my favorite memories was when they recruited me to play goalie for them one night! Experiencing a fresh breakfast on the balcony, gazing on the hummingbirds feeding on the flowers in the yard and watching the clouds burn off the surrounding mountain tops overlooking the Sacred Valley was truly incomparable. Thank you so much, Miqi!

Karen was awesome, her home was private and close to everything. A couple min walk to stores, restaurants, and coffee shops. Gorgeous surroundings and the home was great. The upstairs shower took a bit for hot water to get there, however the whole home was beautiful and spacious.

Der Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Landhaus war ein Traum. Ich habe mich sofort wie Zuhause gefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht um eine Gute Zeit zu haben, die Küche ist sehr Gut ausgestattet. Es ist einfach schön auf der Terasse zu sitzen und die Kolibris zu beobachten. Ich kann das Haus nur empfehlen und Meca ist eine ausgezeichnete Gastgeberin.

My wife and I had a fantastic time at Hacienda Herrera. It was a great jungle getaway in the Amazon basin with excellent food and friendly services from the transport from and back to the airport, to the adventure activities recommendations picked us up at the airport and dropped us off when we left. We would highly recommend Hacienda Herrera to anyone planning a trip to the Puerto Maldonado area.

La atención fue excelente, fue una experiencia vivencial con mucho contacto con la naturaleza. Sus piscinas muy limpias, la comida muy rica. La habitación cuenta con baño propio.

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in Vinis Cabin. Die Cabin ist schön eingerichtet und die Aussicht ist einfach umwerfend. Wir haben es sehr genossen, auf der Terrasse zu sitzen und den Ausblick und die Natur zu genießen. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und sicher und lädt zum Entspannen ein. In der Cabin gibt eine separate Küche die mit allen notwendigen Utensilien ausgestattet ist. Vini ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter und netter Gastgeber, der sich extrem gut um seine Gäste kümmert und einem bei jedem Anliegen weiterhilft. Da sich Vini in der Gegend sehr gut auskennt, gab es sogar die Möglichkeit, Wanderungen mit ihm zu machen, um die Natur und Kultur zu entdecken. Er hat uns sogar einige Lebensmittel, bevor wir in der Cabin ankamen, eingekauft, was besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist. Insgesamt können wir die Unterkunft von Vini auf jeden Fall empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

As you can see from photos, this house is different from other jungle houses and is in the middle of nowhere. And thats good, because there are not many people and a lot of wild life. Stay just there for few days and nights. Walk the river, visit short jungle trail in the dark. Sit in terrace and watch birds. Listen to the white noise of the river. Enjoy rainstorms. No need to go anywhere far or difficult - everything is near the house. Although you wont be completely alone. Nearby lives a guy named Peter who meets and greets you. There are few small houses nearby, but they are not bothersome, nor very visible from the house. And it is safer to have some people nearby when you live in deep jungle. Beds are comfy, kitchen is ok, shower and bathroom also ok. 6km away is a small town where you can buy groceries. I think this spot is better quality in all ways than all the lodges in touristic jungle areas. Simply because you are allmost alone in the jungle.

Cora’s place was absolutely perfect. We really needed some quiet time after our travel so the home combined with the panoramic mountain views were unbeatable!!! Cora was really helpful and kept us updated with everything happening and we received lots of recommendations of places to visit. We did a beautiful hike and visited an amazing town called Pisac (both of which are close to the AirBnb). Highly recommend!!!! Thank you Cora :)

Eine absolut wunderschöne Unterkunft. Das Haus ist von herrlicher Landschaft und blühenden Blumen umgeben und bietet einen Blick auf die fernen Berge. Es ist sehr ruhig, und wir haben uns dort rundum sicher gefühlt. Das Anwesen ist friedlich, mit einem Garten voller Obstbäume, in dem auch unsere Kinder viel Freude beim Spielen hatten. Das Haus war äußerst sauber und komfortabel und bot alles, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt benötigten. Wir konnten ohne Probleme einen zusätzlichen Tag bleiben, da unser Flug gestrichen wurde, und Carlos hat uns dabei sehr geholfen. Wir werden definitiv eines Tages zurückkehren und können einen Aufenthalt hier nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Ame la experiencia en en la cabaña de Gabriela. Estuvo siempre para lo que necesitamos. El lugar hermoso !!! Una vista como de un cuadro. Tiene todo lo necesario, los cuartos calentitos. Definitivamente vamos a regresar 🫶🏼

Un bonito lugar para descansar y cerca de la ciudad, recomendado para viajar con amigos o familia, tiene fácil acceso y todo está asfaltado, cuenta con todos los servicios. La señora Yusi fue muy amable y atenta con las consultas que pudieron surgir. Volvería otra vez sin duda.

The best stay we had on our many trips to Puerto Maldonado. We will definitely be returning for a weekend of relaxation in the jungle by the pool.

I have been staying at Airbnb’s for many years, and this place is really top of the shelf. The place is actually better than what is shown in the pictures, equipped with everything you need to have a relaxing time while enjoying life in a beautiful place with great vibes. Additionally, Grace was an excellent host and she takes this responsibility very seriously, always making sure you have a pleasant time and going above and beyond. She is very responsive and we loved her taste in decorating the place, which is in a great, safe location, and super clean. I strongly recommend this place to other travelers and we’ll for sure be back when we can.
