Allen is a great host, friendly and very responsive. The space is also cosy, pretty well maintained and as described. Would definitely stay there again when I’m in JB.

We had a 4D3N stay. Apartment is located near KSL mall, there are many restaurants nearby. The space was clean and neat, except that the living room is very small. If you are looking for a place to rest and shower, then this is the right choice. Host is responsive. If you have any doubts , feel free to drop him a message. Overall, I have a great stay.

This is the comfy stay cation i ever had since i had a baby. Feel like home, clean house, clean bathroom, everything is there just like our home. Very comfort bed, air conditioning function well, iron, hair dryer all prepared well. They prepare game if you’re bored you can play with your family so fun!they also very thoughtful prepare snacks , tea and coffee. Very easy to check in, very easy access from car park to the unit. If you bring kids and family i tell you this is the easy unit. Booked and enjoy just like me!i will definitely come back to this host whenever im in JB after this!Thanks!

really loved the aesthetic design, all the furnishings were well curated to the wood/beige theme. pity the water machine didnt work well. the next morning, no water dispensed out even though power was on. the bed was very comfortable. 5min drive to ksl. the swimming pool floor had a separate jacuzzi pool but i didnt know how to turn on the jacuzzi, cant find the button , and no signage at level 53 how to use it.

Convenient location,cosy and clean place to stay. Host was responsive ,check in time was later due to some delay and he gave us later check out time. Very thankful.

Overall good location, matched the description, there’s a small store downstairs that is open till late and has a lot of useful groceries. Hosts were very responsive. The view from the room is very beautiful since it’s on the 25th floor. WiFi speed was very good.

The location is fantastic—close to AEON Shopping Mall and various dining options, making it convenient for both short and long stays. The apartment itself was spacious, offering a comfortable living area with modern furnishings. The facilities were impressive, including an infinity swimming pool, a fitness center, and a lush garden, which added to the relaxing trip.

Overall it was a great location to stay and relatively peaceful except for the mornings when the construction for RTS train line commences at 8am. The overhead bridge that connects from CIQ to R&F Mall is generally a long 10min to 15min sheltered walk. Only key inconvenience is the temporary "decoupled" bridge that cuts under the future RTS train bridge requires you to go down a long flight of stairs up and down (2 storeys high) to reach either ends - more inconvenient for those carrying heavy or big luggage bags which happened to us 🫣🫩😰. Stay within Phase 1 building, the benefit is we are right above the mall. So walk to food and grocery (Jaya Grocer) is short. Since the mall is quite unoccupied with very few tenants / retail outlets, we can walk to City Square or Komtar easily for shopping options. Not too far walking distance to Jalan Dhoby for cafes and Hiap Joo banana cake shop for your F&B indulgence.

Good place to stay as not near to jam place and peaceful night as not near to road. Nearby got Paradigm Mall.

The check in instructions (step-by-step given) were clear and easy to understand, accommodation/utilities is as advertised, near to popular places such as AEON Mall which is huge with lots of stores. Aircon was cold, however fridge motor was slightly noisy during the night. Cleanliness 10/10. It was great that host provided bowls and cutleries, which was a good use for ordering food in. Calling Grab transport / food and Food Panda was also easy, just that need to collect from lobby / be at lobby. Overall, I would highly recommend this place for a short vacation as it is affordable and accurately described in the listing. Overall: 9/10

Definitely a must for a short vacation with families. Near to woodlands checkpoint and you can see senoko island from above. Easy to travel as well and walkable from the immigration. Would come again for sure. Owners are all responsive.

The place is clean and well maintained. All the listed facilities are working well. Wang puts in effort to maintain the unit and is also attentive to make sure that we are comfortable with our stay even with the small details. We enjoyed our stay alot. Thank you very much.

The apartment is within walking distance to eating places and supermarket in the area. The apartment overall is well worth it.
