This is my second time booking this homestay – the house is super spacious and very clean. We had a birthday event this time, and everything was provided – tables, chairs, all complete. Really recommended! The owner is friendly and easy to talk to. Such a beautiful home… I love it!

The place is very suitable for a gathering and a very comfortable stay for 7pax. The place was cosy, clean with all necessities provided. My friends and I find the location very convenient to get around for meals as well. I will definitely consider Lin's for future gatherings as well 😊😊

We had a safe, comfortable and cozy stay at Eunice's homestay. The only setback was that the 2 single beds are quite low, so those having back or knee issues will find it inconvenient. The other rooms with the queen beds are just fine. Another thing, for the 2 single beds room, there are no cupboards for storing and hanging of clothes i.e the two hangers provided for clothes hanging are simply not enough. Other than that, everything was just fine including the easy communications with host via watsapp. Host was also accommodating in allowing us for early check in as there were no guests before us.

I had a wonderful stay at this house! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The parking space in front was spacious, which made things really convenient for my family. I hosted a small birthday party for close family members and it was such a great experience—especially with the swimming pool, which the kids absolutely loved! They had so much fun. The location is also convenient, with some shops and a petrol station nearby. The owner, Ms. Florah, was very kind and responsive. She answered all my questions quickly and made the whole process smooth. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels, bottled water, and fast Wi-Fi. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I’m already planning to come back again in the future!

We loved our stay and found the check in process smooth. Instructions were clear and host was friendly and quick to respond to queries. It was also easy to get snacks with Bila Bila mart and other retails nearby .

Had a great stay! Prime location and very comfortable. The apartment space is thoughtfully designed, making the overall experience feel homey :) The hosts were really kind. I needed an international adapter, and got me one right away which was really thoughtful. Would definitely recommend!

I had a wonderful two-day stay at this condominium unit. The place was spotless — the floors were clean and shiny, giving the space a fresh and welcoming feel. The pantry was tidy, well-arranged, and stocked with the essentials, which made it easy to settle in. All daily necessities were thoughtfully provided — toilet rolls, tissue papers, clean towels, toiletries, utensils, washing detergent, and even a hair dryer. It felt very much like a home away from home. One of the highlights was the beautiful night view from the unit. Whether enjoying a quiet evening indoors or stepping out onto the balcony, the city lights created a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped place with a lovely view. I’d definitely stay here again!

location is above a club, you're able to hear the clubs every night. aircon was leaking halfway through our stay, but the aircon downstairs was cold enough we didn't turn on the one above. the allocated parking space to lift lobby is about 3mins walk, kind of far and creepy especially at night when there's lots of drunkards the projector doesn't have external audio, making the audio distorted when watching show the place matches the description nevertheless, worth the money :)

On balance, it was a great place to stay, particularly as we've now moved somewhere new, and it only emphasises how lovely this place is. We are a family of 3, including a toddler and we stayed for 1 month. It had everything you need as a family, plenty of plates, cutlery, pots and pans, toaster, kettle, airfryer and a stove. Strangely, there weren't table knives. The building is new; the gym is great for gym goers. There's a nursery room downstairs with plenty of books for kids, a lovely swimming pool, lounges and sky decks you can work from (bring your own hotspot). You're also not short of walkable restaurants, and conveniently just downstairs, there are cafes and a nice restaurant. NSK is a short 10-minute drive for groceries, and MyNews is conveniently downstairs. Honest drawbacks: - Gentrified area. Locals I've spoken to wouldn't recommend Kuchai, & I didn't feel safe walking alone at night. - Building works during the day can be loud. - Only lukewarm water for showers.

Before our arrival, we received a well-organized digital welcome pack with detailed instructions, local recommendations, house rules, and even tips on nearby hidden gems and eateries. Upon arriving, we were greeted with a handwritten welcome note and a basket of local snacks, which was such a thoughtful touch and made us feel immediately at home. The check-in process was seamless. We were provided with a secure digital lock code, and the entry instructions were crystal clear. No stress, no confusion—just walk in and start relaxing. The host even checked in with us via message an hour after we arrived to make sure everything was okay, which was greatly appreciated.

We loved our stay. The apartment is spacious and well kept. Easy to find and easy to self check in. The location is a little bit out of the centre, which we always look for. But it’s easy to get a grab or a train into the centre. The trains are air conned so we loved being on them. There are plenty of great restaurants near by and street food places within walking distance. The view at night from the apartment and the pool is the highlight. Recommend a night time swim with the lit up skyline. We would definitely stay here again if we ever return the KL. Thank you.

Great place to stay and nice host will come back again

We are a family of 4 adults and we really enjoyed our stay. Kevin & Mimi are super helpful and responsive hosts. The condo is connected to the mega mall so is easy to buy daily supplies and dine around . You could even push d shopping trolley back to d condo lobby collection point! Very safe security . The apartment is sparkling clean and they have very sufficient amenities : Such as kitchen utensils ( we have experienced otherwise before). Towels and bed quilts are like hotel standards . Beautiful dining table and comfortable chairs. Thanks Kevin & Mimi. We will definitely come back to this Condo when we are in KL again .

Tracy's place was easy to access, with a gorgeous view of the city centre but without the stress of being right in the middle of the city (slightly away from traffic and people). The location was relatively quiet, and the apartment was more spacious than the pictures portrayed. A very cosy stay with amenities around the area, good food, and a highly responsive host. Would definitely recommend this place to friends.
