A lovely nest, full of comfort and charm. Three floors invite you to discover. The 0th floor is like a spa: there is a modern sauna and a bath to relax in. On the first floor there is a large living room with a dining room and a modern kitchen where you can cook and a toilet. The living room has plenty of sunlight, a perfect place to relax, plus a large screen with a projector for watching movies. Upstairs there are two cozy bedrooms. The house is surrounded by a private garden and opposite the house is the Kivimäe train stop, 15 minutes to the Old Town and the Balti Jaam.

You have the opportunity to come and relax in the servants' house of the former Mutti summer manor. I have renovated the entire house myself with great care and love. You can rent a part of the house (80 m2 and 4 beds). You can relax with the whole family in this peaceful place. We have a pleasantly quiet and peaceful residential area. Behind the house, there is a fitness trail and a nature park. You can reach the sea in a 10-minute walk. There are grocery stores, restaurants and shopping centres near the accommodation. The city, zoo and spas are conveniently close by.

This is our home and we rent it out while we are travelling the world :). The house has a big private garden with the nature reserve and hiking trail starting from our back yard.
