It's a good value and an excellent house. The host responded immediately to my inquiries and was kind. The facilities and utensils were as described. If I visit Almaty again, I will stay here.

I AM VERY GRATEFUL TO TANYA AND KATE FOR THEIR CARE. THERE IS CUTE CAT IN THE WARM HOME. THE HOUSE IS LOCATED IN THE CENTER OF THE CITY, SO IT IS VERY CONVENIENT TO GO. IN ADDITION, I LOST A BAG IN THE TAXI. TANYA AND KATE HELPED ME GET IT BACK. OTHERWISE, I MIGHT FACE ALL KINDS OF TROUBLES.THANKS AGAIN🫡

Really great place not so far from sky station I come with my friends and I really recommend the staff are really kind! Best place for enjoying with friends or family.

A very nice respectful family who gave privacy and quick to answer any questions. They keep their garden very nice, and everything you need is there. It was nice being near the mall too.

Firstly I would like to praise the Host as he was super helpful and responsive. this place is for nature lover and you can easily accommodate large families [easy for 10 to 12 people]. rite on top of mountain [indeed not easily accessible] but that's what you go here for. Complete cutoff from outside and get lost in the beauty and nature surrounding. however if you want to get city lively hood, it's 25 mins away and Call a Taxi do come to your door step. House had all the required amenities with proper heating for winters. Olzhas was super helpful, even guiding us with rentals for our shoe crampons. He had Sauna [we did not use it], great backyard for kids to play around, Safe locality, and a play area as well for kids. Amenities like Table Tennis, Kaeoke, PSP kept the kids and adults busy. A must stay place near Almaty

Hello! Our group of 7 adult males used 2 rental cars and stayed for 3 nights. The host was friendly and actively guided and communicated. The accommodation is located in a place where you can see the city of Almaty and the perennial snow of the Tianshan Mountains, and provides a comfortable and peaceful daily life. In the fully equipped accommodation, our group was able to take a comfortable and relaxing break and travel to Kazakhstan and Almaty. And even though I forgot the documents, the host kindly contacted me first. I appreciate the kindness of the host, and I hope that all travelers who use this accommodation will be full of joy and happiness. Best,

Yerzhan was a great host, and the apartment was a quiet, comfortable and stylish place to stay! It is located in a larger facility with a restaurant and pool, but we stayed during the off season, so they weren't open, except for the restaurant on the weekend. The space was well decorated, and rooms comfortable and heated in the floors. The building manager was very helpful. We were able to easily order in food delivery.

i travelled with parents and kids and fortunately selected kassyms place. Right from the time of booking,kassym was extremely helpful and responsive. Hello helped us literally with everything...Food,accomodation,travelling,sight seeing,local shopping,food,currency exchange and what not. On top of that,his parents were kind enough to send us some local bread to eat and whatever utilities we required during our stay. I think,this trip would not have been possible without kassym and his familys help and support. Thank you so much Highly recommended

The view from the apartment was fantastic. The apartment was really clean and spacious. Timur sent excellent instructions on how to get into the complex, building and apartment making the whole check-in process easy. He also supplied extra helpful information about activities! The location was great, walkable to everywhere, and close to a supermarket. Excellent stay, Excellent apartment, excellent views!

Arsen is fantastic Host ,He so generous that pick-up from the Almaty International Airport in 04:00 AM in the morning and he let us check in 8 hours before actual check in time and further more he let us stay at his property after check out time like four hours after check out time. I genuinely impressed his kindness and supportive nature. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to stay his place. Finally I want to thank to Mr Arsen for his hospitality and kindness.

Lovely modern and well-kept apartment without the soviet funk.

We had a wonderful stay at Madina's apartment. She is a great Superhost. She was very responsive and provided us details information for check in. She had also provided us with lot of local recommendations. We have stayed in many Airbnb around the world but this has to be one of the few places where we felt right at home. There is a very homely feeling in the apartment and from the moment you enter, it is very obvious that Madina has thought of every little thing for her guests. There are lot of great restaurants within a short walking distance of the apartment and there is also a small grocery shop very closeby. While we did not need to use the kitchen, it is very well stocked with pots and pans. There is a also a dishwasher. The apartment (including the toilet) was squeaky clean. The bed was very comfortable and large for two person. The complex is very secure with multiple security gates to go through. All in all, we highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Almaty.

Had great time staying at Zamira’s place. Flat was sparkling clean with all essentials in order. Felt just like home. Aura more than any Hotel. Definitely recommend the place if you are planning a trip to Almaty. Willing to visit the same flat in next trip to Almaty. Thanks Zamira for everything.

The flat was absolutely fantastic: modern and clean, easy and flexible check-in. The location was perfect, close to everything and there was a beer shop right outside the flat, as well as coffee shops, restaurants and supermarket. Couldn't have asked for more! Excellent value for money! Our host was so helpful and responsive whenever we had an issue and they even upgraded us to a 2 bedroom flat, which we were so grateful for as we did a bit of cooking so was nice not to have a smelly bedroom. Moreover they allowed us to check in early/drop off our bags which helped us immensely on our first day when we arrived at 8am. All in all, a fantastic experience and will be booking again next time we come to Almaty! Thank you!

The apartment is cery cozy and clean. I hope they change the kitchen utensils especialy the ladle and caserole. But everything is perfect, the location, the view from the apartment and the best thing also that there is a market available on the ground foor of the building. Thank you.

Highly recommend this place... host Nurlan, very friendly and helpful... place is centrally located, spic and span and had all essential amenities... well connected to all important landmarks.. he warned in advance about pitfalls as regards to taxi/cab situation... had a memorable stay at his apartment... can't wait to visit again in December... keep it up Nurlan... deserves 5 stars

I had a wonderful stay at Venera’s apartment! She’s incredibly responsive and always happy to help. All instructions—from how to reach the apartment to using everything inside—were clear and well-documented. The apartment is cozy, stylish, and very well-equipped. It’s located right in the center, on the riverside, with secure gated access. The views are stunning—overlooking Almaty’s main sights like the mountains and the TV tower. The windows face east, so you wake up to the sunrise, with the peaceful sound of the river and birds outside. Truly a serene and scenic spot. I highly recommend staying here and would gladly return. Venera is a fantastic host!
