Great location,* quiet, with lovely view (on water). King bed and comfortable sofas. (*1/2 way between Easton and St. Michael's.) Brandon was a responsive host. Enjoyed tasty dinner at Bistro restaurant.

The place was perfect and we loved watching the sunrise over the bay every morning. Nice quiet neighborhood and great fenced in backyard for the dogs. The house was as described and looks like the photos. The host was very responsive and helpful! Would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to come to the Annapolis area.

The house are clean, bright with a great view. We had a wonderful time and were lucky to have wonderful weather during our stay! We also had a lot of fun playing Mad Gab and other games in the games chest. We were successful in catching some fish and plenty of crabs. It was a great vacation. We enjoyed it very much.

Heather was a wonderful host and was so proactive with making sure we knew exactly how to find her rental and get in the house with no issues. We have stayed at quite a few properties in Annapolis and this is the one we will look for availability first during our future stays.

Our stay was wonderful. Nanette, was an amazing host and extremely accommodating. The house is beautiful and great for dogs. The town of Oxford is stunning and the locals are very friendly. We definitely would stay here again!

Location was perfect for a wedding we were attending. The house itself was great for a family with plenty of space for everyone. Grilling out was nice and drinking coffee on the deck was very peaceful.

Truly amazing stay. Our hosts were so kind and proactive with anything we needed. The welcome booklet they made even had itineraries for anything you could possibly want to do. It was a historic home and it was beautifully and tastefully decorated to encourage comfort, relaxation, and family fun. We played almost every board game they had! My family and I created lasting memories that we will cherish forever.

This property has a breathtakingly beautiful view of the water that has a fully fenced in yard…so you don’t have to worry about little ones getting into the water. The master bedroom and master bath was amazing. My extended family and I traveled from 4 different states to stay at this property and all of us were comfortable. The house had plenty of spaces to kit be on top of each other. I highly recommend booking this property. The host is very responsive and helpful. I will keep this property in mind for future stays.

I cannot say enough about Paul! Proactive, great recommendations and an all-around fantastic fellow! My children, two dogs, and I had a wonderful time and would come back in a heartbeat! The place itself is immaculate and has a gorgeous view of the Chesapeake Bay. Minutes from the Naval Academy and an easy ride to the Greenbelt metro so we could catch a DC United game in the city.

This property is absolutely perfect for a family or a group. The amenities are great, between the pool, the hot tub and the canoes on the lake and there is a lot of entertainment provided on site such that one would never need to leave. Though the town of St Michael is 5 minutes away and makes for a lovely visit. The property is also well maintained and the host very responsive. We would love to return!

This was a great vacation. This place has it all from the pool to the kayaking, fishing, crabbing and the late night fires were we all just sat around the fire and enjoyed the time together. The house was awesome, plenty of room for all. The family had a great time. Definitely would rent this place again.

Jenny was a great host. She provided proactive and responsive communications and made our stay easy. Everything was clean and in great condition, and there was plenty of space both inside and around the broader property, a perfect escape for the holidays for my family and my brother’s. The place is infant/toddler and dog friendly. We also appreciated the late checkout, not a necessity but a rare, appreciated convenience. We would definitely look to stay here again!

Beautiful property - everything was just as advertised and more. Spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds. Quiet, private location with gorgeous views. The hosts were exceptional - very gracious, thoughtful and accommodating to any possible need. We were delighted to find the house so beautifully decorated for Christmas. Heide’s, place was immaculate !! We were able to check in a hour early! The pictures are just that, space was clean , Evolve as well as Heide were both responsive! The only thing is the shower, where you can’t really get a distance from the water and the placement of the seating in the shower. Other than that everything was GREAT! Utensils as well as pots and pans to cook with were made available! Would definitely stay again! Thank you all!

I stayed on the property for Easter weekend. It was right down the street from the boat docks. It was scenic walk through the historic district of Cambridge. It’s a nice little suite to get away from the super busy lifestyle. The host was responsive and provided plenty amenities. I didn’t have to bring much at all. I definitely will be staying there again soon.

Loved the place & Tilghman Island Great Retreat Close to St Michaels, but more laid back

We had a delightful stay at Nick’s place. The interior is unbelievably charming- it is clear that they have an eye for interior design! There were plenty of towels, a well stocked kitchen, and plenty of basic necessities. The beds were comfortable and the host left helpful instructions for the area and home. 10/10 we would come back again!

I loved Julia’s Arc. First time I Airbnb’d in a houseboat; won’t be my last. I loved this experience! Julia’s was inviting, comfortable, well appointed. I enjoyed sitting on the upper deck but even sitting inside with the blinds up and the windows open afforded the sounds of the water while enjoying the view of the marina and boats. I wish I had more time here to explore more. This was exactly what I needed for some time alone.

Julie and her husband were amazing. The house is the nicest I have ever stayed in as an Airbnb. It had everything you could ever need and more. Felt like a luxury hotel and I am particular! Highly highly recommend!
