A truly unique house. Peter is very welcoming and knows a lot about the place and all the creatures you share the forest with.

I bookmarked this treehouse ten years ago with hopes of visiting one day. I'm so glad we did. If you dream about running away to a magical treehouse surrounded by lush vegetation and wildlife, Topo's treehouse is so much more than you could hope for. He's truly put his heart and soul into building a beautiful sanctuary. We stayed for 11 days in this paradise. Each morning, we checked from the balcony to see where the sloths were that day. We shared the beach shower with magnificent tiny red tree frogs. At night, we watched the bats feast on mosquitoes from the hammock. (Bats, you were the real MVPs.) If you're calm and conscious of your noise levels, the agoutis will come say hi. Walking around the property was an absolute delight. Topo provided fresh fruit, a bag of incredible coffee, and a pair of Imperials to welcome our arrival. The bedroom has a mini-split, so we slept in comfort. Treat the treehouse and nature with kindness, and you'll have an unforgettable experience.

Undoubtedly the Tree House was a magical place, the rain, the jungle and the animals were unpleasant. Good location for those who like to walk and be in contact with nature, Valerie and her partner were always very attentive to everything and always delivering a smile or a recommendation to make. Breakfast was very rich and very forceful 100% recommended. We would definitely host here again and obviously recommend it without thinking about it !

A very pleasant night spent in this house in the tree. The accommodation is very clean and has all the necessary equipment. We were lulled by the sound of waves and animals. The accommodation is very well located, 2 minutes walk from the beach. Restaurants and convenience stores are close by. We can only recommend this place to you.

This is a really special place, felt very lucky to stay. Silvia was super helpful, and recommended things to do and places to eat.

this place is so beautiful. the location, the quiet street, far enough from town to feel secluded, even though there are neighbors. the beach is beaitoful and quiet as well. we would love to stay here again and we'll be recommending it to friends. David was a pleasure to talk to and was available and quick to respond whenever needed. we only ever rent open air homes so we are used to what comes with it -occasional bugs, occasional issues with water or internet. it's the price you pay for wanting to stay in such a location and to be so close to nature. from the house we saw agoutis, green macaws, toucans, monkies, and a variety of other tropical birds. we enjoyed boogie boarding in the ocean, playing in the waves, walking the beach, sitting and listening to the birds, playing games on the giant table, and seeing the area. we always felt safe and again, David was only minutes away and quick to respond.

Such an amazing place! Stay here for sure. It was the most beautiful view every day. We loved having coffee and reading in the living room every morning. We also loved meeting tutu the emu who was so cute and warmed up to us eventually! It is immersed in nature and we got to hear the howler monkeys early in the morning. We saw a lot of cool critters too. If you don’t like critters, just make sure to keep your bedroom door closed :) thank you , Alejo! We will be back.

I don’t think I will do this place justice with words. Maybe I should start with who should not go. If you’re handicapped, struggle with stairs or have some other issues or problems. This is the real deal, up in nature, off the grid jungle experience. The Howler monkeys are all over the place up there. They will wake you up every morning around 4:30-5AM as they are really active around then. The treehouse is super peaceful, super well maintained and equipped, built with excellent craftsmanship, design is aesthetically pleasing. It’s just a great place to stay. You will not only need a 4x4 but you will want to have some experience driving one as well. Hands down one of the best places we have stayed. Once we got there, we didn’t even want to go to town so we stayed the whole time. Running out of characters so….. Just Book It!! You will NOT be disappointed. We were able to get awesome video of the monkeys by walking closer to their sounds until we saw them. At least 10-12 where we walked

Beautiful place, the service was good, the breakfast was spectacular. An amazing experience. Glamping was all we imagined. We'll be back. In a close detail, we were missing location information. We arrived at the place of pure chance, but there was no clarity where the stay was from. Overall beautiful experience. Thank you.

Waking up in a tree house in the rainforest after falling asleep to the sounds of rain on the roof is not a memory we will soon forget. The treehouse was well-equipped and far enough off of the main road, that the only sounds we heard the whole time, were the sounds of the surrounding rainforest, which were MORE than welcome. Hosts were responsive, welcoming and so accommodating. Would not hesitate to rebook this spot in a heartbeat. Thank you for sharing a piece of your paradise with us. Pura vida.

The treehouse is an awesome stay! Sitting out on the deck was amazing. It’s definitely a cozy little place, with very nice touches, making it a special place. People do walk and bike the road but I’d recommend a vehicle to get there. We had an atv and it was a lot of fun!

Marlene was a great host and a wonderful communicator. She lives full-time on the property and is always close by if you need her for anything. The experience was a true eco stay tucked in the jungle and away from the busy streets of the town. Worth a stay if you're looking to truly immerse yourself in nature

What an absolutely beautiful place to stay! This house is tucked in the jungle with loads of wildlife all around. There are other houses on the property, but they have preserved the gardens and jungle in such a fabulous way that you can’t even see any of the other houses. Felt super private. The plunge pool was absolutely delightful after we returned to the house. There are so many things close by, we especially love La Leyenda pizza restaurant. Which is just a short ride down the street in Playa Chiquita. Tine got back to me very quickly after each text I sent her. We will definitely stay here again!

Really great location if you’re looking for a jungle stay and only a 20 min drive to the beach’s and restaurants. Lots to do in the area. Really lovely place to stay just be prepared the jungle can get loud however it can be oddly peaceful The treehouse is as lovely and we had no issues with anything highlight was definitely the balcony in the morning.
