The designer house opened in December 2024.We rented the entire place, so we could have a private space. It is operated by a hotel management company, so it is a private lodging, but it is a hotel quality accommodation.Cleanliness and quality are more than a hotel. Please choose our facility with peace of mind. There are 3 beds and 3 futons, a washer and dryer, bathroom drying facilities, a gas stove, a refrigerator, and cooking utensils, so you can relax with your family, couples, and friends. It is an ideal base for sightseeing in Ise, Toba, Kumano Kodo, and other Mie Prefecture.

Japanese eras in the past, “Meiji”,　“Taisho”,　”Showa” and “Heisei”.Throughout these long 4 eras, this house had sustained its owner’s living.Thus the house with rice fields and other fields nearby harmonizing with local landscape reminds us of its history,We, “NPO Joint Plus” renovated this house as “Joint House” and have started Bed & Breakfast since this autumn of new Japanese era, “Reiwa”.
