This is a 110 sqm, 2-story house for rent, a 3-minute walk from Furukawa Bridge Station on the Keihan Line. (Not a shared house) There is a large living room, dining room, and full kitchen on the first floor, 4 bedrooms on the second floor, and toilets on the first and second floors. There is parking in front of the house and a smoking area. It is 20 minutes from the Meishin Suita IC and 10 minutes from the Daini-Keihan Sakaimon-Masu IC. There are two supermarkets, AEON and SATAKE (both 2 minutes on foot) near this rental house. There are also many restaurants and convenience stores, so you can have a pleasant stay without any problems, whether it's a short trip or a long stay. It is convenient to use the Keihan train and various trains to get to tourist destinations such as Osaka city, Kyoto, Nara, and Kobe. Sightseeing by car is also very convenient, with an interchange nearby.

You can rent an entire guest house in a full-fledged Japanese house from the Taisho era, built about 100 years ago. You can relax and enjoy your stay in Nara. It is located right next to Nara Park, about a 10-minute walk to Kintetsu Nara Station. It is also easy to take a stroll in the quiet early morning or evening. Same price for up to 4 people.Up to 9 people can stay. The latticed windows, tea room, veranda, courtyard, and Japanese house built in the Taisho era are full of charm. Please relax in the living room with a sunken brazier facing the courtyard. The kitchen is equipped with an IH stove, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, pot, cooking utensils, etc. Cook with everyone, and enjoy looking at the garden while sitting at the low table with a pot in the middle! There are two toilets and two shower rooms. There are no facilities like a hotel, but we would appreciate it if you could have a nostalgic atmosphere and a relaxing time. There are only bedrooms, but there are 3 rooms in total (4 rooms if you divide the large Japanese-style room). We will prepare it according to the number of people. The accommodation was created with care to make it fun for children. There is a 100-inch screen, a loft that looks like a secret base, and hammocks, so children can enjoy themselves freely, and it is a relaxing space where you can enjoy tea time and dinner, such as matcha sweets, while watching over your children. We also have a manga, "Asaki Yumemishi", based on the Tale of Genji, so you can immerse yourself in the elegant world. There are two bed rooms on the second floor. One double bed (1-2 persons) + other Tatami room with double bed (1-2 persons). We have 2 extra single mattress bed each room. This is very good for two families or groups maximum for 6 persons. You can also use backyard BBQ garden patio.
