[Jomo Stay Takasaki 2 -the Garden-] Opening December 2025! A spacious two-story house with 5LDK and over 140㎡ in Yachiyo-cho, Takasaki City, Gunma Prefecture.It can accommodate up to 13 people. The building was built in 1979 with a distinctive architectural design.With its wooden ceiling, atrium corridor, and skylights that pour in bright light, this space is so unique that it's hard to believe it's half a century old.We have incorporated modern interiors into the accommodation, providing a calm atmosphere for families and groups. On the ground floor, there is a bright living room facing the garden and a Japanese-style room, and there are plenty of toys and picture books for children to play with.There are 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, so it can be used comfortably by multiple families and groups.There are also rooms that can be used as workspaces, making them ideal for remote work or long-term stays. It is also well accessible by car from the city around the station in about 6 minutes.There is also a parking lot for 3 cars, making it ideal as a base for sightseeing and event facilities, or for a special stay with friends and family.

Please have a relaxing time on the sunny veranda side of the two rooms that are pure Japanese-style.

It is a pure Japanese-style bungalow single unit constructed 30 years ago. Feel free to use the pans, microwave, oven, and utensils in the spacious private kitchen, enjoy your meals and unwind. Rest peacefully in the tatami mat room on Japanese futons lined with pillows. Parking is also available for up to 2 station wagon sized vehicles. In addition, due to the enforcement of the new Private Lodging Law (Residential Accommodation Business Law) on June 15, 2018, government agencies are required to fill in the list of guests, and foreigners who do not have an address in Japan are required to present their passports.Therefore, we ask for permission to fill in the guest list and present your passport and copy at the time of staying.We appreciate your understanding.

It is a Japanese house surrounded by lush greenery. The space available for rent is 120 ㎡ (about 70 tatami mats). 7 minutes by car from the Kan-etsu Expressway, Hanazono Interchange. Free parking for 4 cars is available. It is a 9-minute walk from Hachioji Station on the Tobu Tojo Line. Since it is a private rental, we can only allow 1-2 people to stay for up to 7 consecutive nights. Long-term stays are possible for 3 or more people. Please use it for sightseeing such as Nagatoro, Chichibu, and Ikuno, or for work. You will have the entire first floor of a rural house to yourselves.

It was our culture and industry to get silks in this area. You can have a calm time for having Coffee and beer, reading books, listening music... The village is surrounded by nature for hiking to mountains and rivers. Some local families live in around the house, so please stay like the village people.
