There is a rubbish collection point in the community, so you don't have to chase the rubbish truck every day at a set time. It's really convenient. You only need to bring a suitcase to check in easily. The apartment is located in the centre of the Ximending business district, an 8-minute walk from Ximending MRT Station. Facing the lively, brightly lit street, the lobby has 24-hour security, fire safety inspection-compliant facilities, magnetic card-controlled elevators, brightly lit hotel-style corridors, and a separate entrance for security and privacy. There are many 24-hour convenience stores, delicious snack bars, spicy hot pot restaurants, all-you-can-eat restaurants, beef noodle shops, roast pork rice shops, McDonald's, a movie street, drugstores and cosmetics stores, foot massages... There are many shops on one street, and everything you need is available. It's only a 2-minute walk to "Eslite", "3COINS", "MUJI" and "DON DON DONKI", a must-visit if you're going to Japan.
