This place is absolutely gorgeous! We used the space for our wedding weekend and to get ready for the wedding. Denise was amazing. She was very communicative! She popped in and said hi and also added some cute little decorations. It was very clean and tidy. Check in and checkout were both super easy as well.

We had a women’s retreat here and it easily accommodated the needs of all of us, from space to do yoga to intimate space for conversation and connection. The views of the lake were gorgeous, the hot tub with a view of the lake was amazing, the sleeping spaces were perfect (memory foam mattresses?! 😍) and the welcome gifts from the hostess were so sweet!

this please is perfect for large families with a lot of fun activities inside. It was clean and well organized and the dogs loved running around outside having a blast.

Very much enjoyed our stay at The Malbec! It's close enough to town to go do things during the day, and far enough out to feel like you're relaxing in the country. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable!

Our family really enjoyed our stayed. My teenagers that are hard to please asked to come back. The basketball court was the cherry on top. They were there all day and night. The home is very spacious, clean and has everything you need to feel at home. It’s conveniently located close to the highway and by a great Mexican restaurant. Can’t wait to visit again!

We had a girls weekend and this house and location were perfect. The views from the living room and deck are priceless. I would highly recommend staying here. There was plenty of space for our group of 6 friends. The house is in close proximity to do so many activities. It was a great spot for a weekend getaway.

We chose The Otter Creek Inn for large accommodations privacy. beautiful grounds , convenient location. perfect hosts and we were not disappointed. Above and beyond. Pristine house. Plenty of coffee. great locations. We also recommend The Altoona Family restaurant only .5 miles away. Also 5 star. We were a party of 10 .All were very happy here.. We'd return in a heartbeat. Lovely, friendly hosts.

The cabin we stayed in(Whispering Pines/Alma Center )was perfect for our group with kids. There were plenty of rooms and beds for everyone to sleep. All necessary cooking utensils were there. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom, and plenty of towels.The game room was nice expirience.We spent majority of our time outdoors in beautiful nature. The hosts were very responsive and accomidating. Highly recommend staying here.

The view was outstanding and the host was great: very responsive, great with "housewarming" provisions, etc. The accomodations were comfortable for our 3-generation group of 10. The driveway was a bit scary (but that comes with the view!). For us it seemed like off-season, and so the prices seemed a bit high, but for all those ice-fisherman (we had no idea that it would still be going strong), I suppose it was still high season. Two of our group managed to get out for a run 2 out of the 3 mornings we were there. But be aware there is no shoulder on the highway right at the house. We enjoyed the shops that were open in the town of Stockholm, and walking out on the river/lake there. We also enjoyed a hike up at Maiden Rock bluff trail.

We love Camp Clever Bear for a weekend getaway for our families. We had a great time playing yard games, making s'mores, and enjoying the Fall weather. Love all the upgrades since we were there last year.

We had a great stay here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Blair. Really appreciated the high chair and crib loved that it was family friendly.

The place was just what it said it was. It was clean, she had fun snacks and drinks for us. Every thing you need is right there and more. She communicated well with me. It was so easy to check in and out. Love it and highly recommend for girls get away.

It was our annual girls weekend destination this year!!! Perfect for all six of us! We loved sitting on the deck listening to the lake! The beds were comfortable, nicely decorated, loved the big table for meals and games, just an overall great, cozy home! Michelle communicates quickly and directions are clear for checking in and out! Thank you Michelle for such a welcoming home!

I loved loved this place! It was peaceful and just right for the seven of us. Maggie was an excellent host. I would love to stay here again. It is adorable and cozy with plenty of space.

Had a wonderful stay for a weekend of board games with friends. Enjoyed walking the property, meeting the horses and the friendly dogs from a nearby home. Would definitely stay here again.

Our group was celebrating my sister’s bachelorette weekend, and we could not have picked a better place or host. The place was perfect for our group and Linda has thought of everything. We stayed at the pool house for a bachelor party and it did not disappoint! Being in early April we wanted to find a unique air bnb with something to do for 12 guys and we all had a blast swimming and throwing the football around. There are a lot of amenities, floatees, board game, tennis court with rackets etc. and the host was very thoughtful in setting this up. The kitchen was very nice and well appointed, the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, and we had no issues at all. I would highly recommend this place to any group getaway!

We were a team of 5 guys doing a trade show 30 minutes away. Everything about the Big Blue House was exactly what we needed and more. We especially enjoyed the small, but active area of Downtown Balsam Lake.

Checking in to Erin's house was very easy. She is very easy to communicate with. Soon after checkin, Erin messaged us to make sure everything was in order and to see if we had any questions. The views are absolutely amazing. From the moment we booked the house I couldn't wait to enjoy coffee in the sunroom. It did not disappoint. The sunroom has heated tile floors and a small wood burning fireplace. So cozy! The pool and pinball machines were a big hit for the kids. We would definitely recommend staying here!

This is our second stay here, it is the perfect spot for our family. We loved everything about our stay. The house and the area around it is beautiful and very calming. Jaime and Christopher were the perfect hosts, checking in on us and making sure we had what we needed. I highly recommend this place, it will be our go-to spot if we are In the area.

The home was the perfect size and accommodation for our group! The view and the yard are spectacular. We all had a great time catching up. Just a couple things to note. Ubers, lyfts, and local taxis are not easily accessible, especially if you have a dinner reservation to make. The second is that you are expected to wash, dry, fold, and put away towels before check out, which we had never heard of having to do before, particularly with a higher cleaning fee. We honestly probably would have brought our own towels if we had known this. Overall we really enjoyed our time here!

This house is Super Duper Spacious! Very accommodating for a large group. The home is very well equipped and has a fun media/ game room. We travel a long ways to compete in an event at HayDays and this was absolutely perfect!
