這間房源走路6分鐘即到達南紡購物中心，走路不到5分鐘就有各式餐廳可以享用美食，有厲害的文章牛肉湯分店、小籠包店、日本料理店，各家飲料店⋯⋯⋯ 這間房子本來是阿嬤老家，阿嬤搬去電梯大樓之後，我們晚輩想說整理一下還是可以住得很舒適，結果不小心整理得太漂亮，我覺得應該要跟喜歡來台南玩的朋友分享所以開放空房給大家來玩我們房源是有個缺點位於在靜巷內，鄰居有點煩，可能不能大聲喧嘩，開趴，正常生活聲量是沒問題的門口停車：因為我們的巷弄比較小又有鄰居會在巷子停車，所以我們門口只能開得進小車 ex. Kicks,Livina,Swift,Yaris ,比它們再長的車可能就要找附近停車場停車。
