Apartment holiday rentals in Taihaku Ward

We really enjoyed our stay at Takashi-San's guest room for our week in Sendai. It has a lot of space and was very comfortable. It was very clean and had every item we needed. The washing machine and clothes drying rack was especially helpful since we had already been in Japan for a few days. It is a little bit far from Sendai Station, which is where you will arrive in Sendai if traveling by shinkansen, but there is a bus stop right outside that services many frequent buses that go to the station and elsewhere. Sendai is a great launching spot for seeing the surrounding Tohoku area and this apartment was a perfect base.

This time, I was treated kindly and politely, and it was a very comfortable trip. I was also very happy with the lovely hospitality! I would like to use it again when I visit Sendai. Thank you.☺️

This time, we stayed with a large group of 6 people, but there were plenty of amenities for the number of people, the area around the bed was well arranged, and there were cleansing lotions, contact cases, etc. in the washroom, so we had a very comfortable time. Going up to the third floor may be difficult depending on your luggage, but the price is relatively reasonable, and there are supermarkets and convenience stores around the room that are open until late, as well as several other parking areas, so I had no problems even if I came by car. Thanks for your hospitality. It was a very enjoyable day.I'd love to stay again if I get the chance.

We had a comfortable stay! The apartment was just as described and looked as it did in the photos.

Used for the second time.I used it with 10 adults and 2 children to spend the weekend with a friend living in Sendai.The great access from Sendai Station, two stops on the Tozai Line, and a few minutes' walk from the ground exit, is a big attraction.There are many coin parking lots near the facility, making it friendly for both Shinkansen and car users. There is a kids' space where children can play safely, and there is enough space for 10 adults to relax. As the host explained, there are offices on another floor in the building, and if you speak loudly in the hallway, it will echo up and down the stairs. This is a nice facility for large groups, but it is not suitable for noisy or lively parties, so it is important to consider the purpose and setting of the use to avoid mismatches between hosts and guests. (If it is at the level of conversation normally expected, I think there is no problem.) The directly operated stores of confectioner Sangen (Hagi no Tsuki) and Shirazumi (Shirazumi no Monaka) are also within walking distance, saving you the trouble of shopping in the crowded station area and making it easier to buy souvenirs. It is a recommended facility as a base for sightseeing in Sendai.I will use it again when I visit Sendai.Thanks for your hospitality.

We had a great stay, thank you so much for the warm welcome and such a lovely and cosy house. The place is extremely spacious and provides you with everything you need and more. Sendai is 20min away by train which was nice to explore the city and surroundings. Iwanuma had some good restaurants and supermarkets as well. We’ll definitely consider staying here again if we ever come back to Sendai.

Location: It is less than 5 min from the station, walking along the station and passing a big lawson. I feel safe to walk back even at night. On top of that , the block looks nice in a yellow colour which stands out from the surroundings. so you wont miss it :D Cleanliness: Although the apartment and some furniture are a bit old. Most of it is reasonably clean. Amenities: The unit has everything you need like a studio home. Utensils and items dor cleaning etc. Only one thing missing is a face basin which i made do with the kitchen basin. Not a big issue for a few days. Overall, it is a lovely place and high cospa, I would definitely choose again. Thank you Toshihiro san.

The place is very easy to find and walkable from Sendai Station. There are some restaurants nearby that has great gyutans which I would recommend if you are staying here.

Great place to stay! Very close to the station, only a few minutes walking. The host was always very helpful and friendly, even when I had some last minute change of guest number.

The area I stayed in was beautiful, lots of things to do in the area! The place was a traditional Japanese apartment and was super clean and accessible. The host was wonderful as well, hope to visit once again in the future!

A great location if you want to see matsushima bay! I chose this spot bc it was in between Sendai and Cat island - the Airbnb is about a 10 min walk from the station, so it was super convenient!

We had a good stay! The railroad noise is real but I think overall it compensates with the price and convenient location. The apartment is located on a third floor which by stairs which may me a challenge for most senior guests, but that was not our case. The apartment was very spacious, it had drier and comfortable beds. Will recommend it for young travelers looking to stay in Sendai.

It was close to the main street and a good value. There was also a lot of parking nearby.
