Donner Lake (with private access) is just down the hill or stay close to home and enjoy guest access to Donner’s amazing amenities; golf course, equestrian center, tennis, biking/hiking trails and gym with year round heated pools and hot tubs.

Guest passes provide access to private amenities, however, some Tahoe Donner amenities charge a separate daily fee set by the HOA (for example, the Rec Center is about $30 per person/day).

The property is in close to 2 golf courses: Coyote Moon/Tahoe Donner. Tahoe Donner also offers amenities that include a gym, hot tubs, restaurants, snowplay, etc.
