The house is located in the municipality of PUNAAUIA, overlooking the only two white-sand beaches in TAHITI. 3 km from the city centre and 16 minutes from the airport, close to shops It has all the necessary comforts. This one has two independent levels. You will occupy the lower level. Please note that we never rent both levels at the same time. You will be alone in the villa.

In a quiet and secure residence, we offer an independent studio located on our property, with a private bathroom and toilet. It is equipped with a kitchenette and a work area and overlooks a private terrace. Access to the accommodation is via 2 staircases. Guests have exclusive use of a terrace, a sun deck with deckchairs, and a jacuzzi. Music is not allowed outside. Strictly non-smoking accommodation, indoors and outdoors. No children or babies.

New house of 55 m2 on secure property, with food store opposite. 1 Kayak is available. Linens, pillows and towels are provided. Cleaning is to be done when leaving the house.
