This place is a hidden gem! The town is beautiful, the people are very friendly. We only stayed one night, next time we will stay longer. How Airbnb should be: great attention from the host, a very comfortable homely apartment at a good price. Fully recommend staying here, relaxing and discovering the area which is so rich in history and culture.

Nice accommodation for anyone wishing to visit the likes of Tivoli and Villa Adriana by car. The place is clean and well equipped for cooking. It also doesn't get too hot which is a huge plus. Susanna was very friendly and helpful during our stay.

We stayed in Francesco's apartment from Thursday to Sunday and we had a great time! The apartment is comfortable and has everything you need, like staying at home! Monticchio is ten minutes from L'Aquila and half anhour from Fonte Cerreto, from which the cable car to Gran Sasso starts. The Gran Sasso is beautiful and, if you like nature, trekking, cycling or horseback riding, the location of the house is optimal to reach the natural attractions of the area. This is such a beautiful area! We had a long weekend out of the city and it was perfect. The views are stunning, and the place comes equipped with everything you might need. Elena was responsive and helpful. A hidden gem!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property in Monteleone for our first trip to Italy. The home was perfectly situated, with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, even more stunning than the photos. The property itself was peaceful, well maintained, and a perfect place to relax after exploring nearby towns. Giacomo and his family were very warm and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches around the home that made it feel cozy and authentic. Special thanks to Giacomo for helping to arrange the return of an item we left behind. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Chiara's, in lovely Capestrano, for two weeks in Abruzzo. It looked just like her photos, with ample space on two floors to spread out. The kitchen had the amenities we needed to prepare tasty meals with incredibly fresh local produce and dairy items. The small refrigerator was helpful to store our perishable culinary treasures. And wine! Tucked at the top of a staircase off of the small road, it was very quiet and very close to the main piazza. Whenever we needed groceries, a pharmacia, delicious morning espresso with cornetto, or a nightcap with some of the regions incredible wines, we were only a 5 minute walk away. Chiara was always quick to respond to any questions and very helpful with suggestions of what to do and see in the area. So many beautiful, charming mountaintop villages to explore! We felt very safe staying here and leaving for the entire day, to marvel at this most extraordinary, naturally stunning area of Italy.

Serena is very communicative and friendly. We had a wonderful stay. Perfectly located and so convenient to explore the area. Parking is right down the road and there is always plenty to find a spot!

Quiet, large and very well located accommodation for visiting Abruzzo and hiking there. Domenico is a very attentive host and attentive to ensure that the stay goes as smoothly as possible. It's a great place. Plus: the large TV.

We stayed for about 10 days with 4 people in Cathy's apartment. The temperature outside was between 25 and 30 degrees. The flat and rooms stayed fresh which is important for a good night's sleep. The flat is fully equipped. If you want to cook something you can and there is plenty of space outside for breakfast or lunch. The swimming pool is XL and very well maintained as the rest of the house. Cathy is a fantastic host, always available, very friendly and taking great care of the guests. Great base for visiting Rome. Train station less than 10 minutes away and it takes you carefree into the heart of Rome. The sea is a 3/4h drive away and plenty of typical Italian villages nearby. We enjoyed our stay. Arrivederci!

The apartment is well cared for, clean and well organized and has everything you need for a long stay. Great self check-in service, we arrived after 8:00 pm but with all the directions we were provided we entered without any problem. The owner has always been kind and available to our requests. If there is an opportunity, we will definitely come back to this apartment.

My parents wanted to stay in a peaceful countryside and this was the perfect place! Surrounded by nature, this very rustic and charming house is what made us feel like we were in the heart of Italy. The best part was how accommodating our hostess Maria was. She offered to pick us up from the train station as we got a bit lost, she also offered to show us around town on our first day there. She really made the area of Roca di pappa have a lasting impression. Thank you Maria, for being such a warm and generous host!

We arrived by car and it was a pleasant time. Perfect for juxtaposing site visits and romantic holidays with the pool, sauna and jacuzzi. 😊👍💯 Everything was functional and in line with the photos. Small touches like Italian cakes or coffee are very much appreciated. Air conditioning allows you to sleep well😴☀️😎. We had a magical time in this beautiful city of Rome, with a wonderful host. Beautiful experience, quiet and peaceful villa. We found a cosy and refurbished cottage, clean and tidy and with all the comforts you need to feel at home. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need, as well as the bathroom. The pool was wonderful and refreshing, and we spent two afternoons of total relaxation there, surrounded by greenery and far from the chaos of the city. Friendly and helpful hosts for everything. There are not enough positives to give for our stay at Giovanna’s. The villa was absolutely stunning, the photos are amazing but it’s even better in person, a large beautiful garden and lovely pool. The place was spotless and had everything you could need. The most standout feature was what incredible hosts Giovanna and Ricardo were, they went out of their way to help us and were so exceptionally kind and willing to help us with anything we needed. There was always communication to make sure everything was okay and nothing was too much for them, they were even very understanding and patient whilst I tried to use my beginners Italian! They are some of the kindest people we have ever met and the villa is beautiful not to mention Tivoli and the surrounding area itself. Couldn’t recommend more.

Very nice house with great pool. The hosts are very friendly and can give good advices for the area. The cave of falvaterra is amazing and many other places can be visited from there.

Nine friends who had not seen each other for years who were able to enjoy the little time together in a beautiful, comfortable space, equipped with all the comforts. The house is clean and tidy (to the point of having closets with shelves labeled with various accessories), we felt at home from the first moment. Francesca, the host, is kind and helpful. During our stay it snowed a lot and Francesca took care to know how we were and did everything to allow us to be calm and enjoy the magical place where we were. A beautiful experience.

Wow! This farmhouse was spectacular! Charming in every way with wonderful furnishings, well-equipped kitchen, great coffee, and so many lovely places around the property to sit, relax, take in the views, enjoy a meal. The location between the mountains and the sea was perfect for swimming and hiking. Best of all was the attentive host Paulo who made many excellent local recommendations, including helping to guide us through a medical emergency. Highly recommend!

We stayed 3 nights in this fantastic house, really beautiful, well-kept and equipped with all the amenities, the pool, the landscape and the greenery are truly unique, we will definitely come back, highly recommended for those who want to relax and spend beautiful days, also for the distance of the trip we arrived at 3 in the morning and they welcomed us in a wonderful way with 3 equally wonderful croissants.
