The lakehouse looks exactly like the photos - stylish and cozy. The house looks small from the outside, but we were amazed by how well it fit our family of seven adults and two toddlers. The instructions/guide to the house was clearly written and super helpful, and Vincent was very easy to communicate with, usually responding right away. We were grateful for all the amenities the house comes with. In addition to enjoying the house itself and the gorgeous deck, we also made smores one night in the fire pit and went kayaking with the little ones. The owner provides guests with bracelets that give access to the community amenities as well. The community pool, playground, and little beach were all beautiful and very well maintained. Our little ones especially loved this weekend!

This beautiful property has a special place in our hearts. We stayed in the A frame during COVID and we always wanted to come back. This time we stayed in the main house and it was phenomenal. Wish the weather was better for us to use the pool, but next time! It well worth the price. Only an hr from the city and it feels like a full vacation. Wonderful way to lose time time for a few days. We will be back!

Awesome property for a weekend getaway from the city. Sonny made this place into a fun playground - the pond is amazing, the hot tub, sauna, and back deck felt like a spa, and we enjoyed the fire pit and taking a short hike to the creek. The house itself is simple but has everything you need and we even managed to order Uber eats once from Kingston. The area is great, and we enjoyed the villages and a nice hike in the area. We will definitely come back.

I spent my birthday at this beautiful house and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The place was spotless and full of natural light, with lovely views that made the stay even more special. The atmosphere was peaceful and clean, and the house had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. I truly felt at home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy, well-equipped getaway!

It was a fantastic house with a beautiful view. Plenty of space and we really enjoyed our stay. The property itself is absolutely gorgeous. Would definitely come back.

My husband and I had a wonderfully relaxing time at the Little Owl Teahouse. It’s a cozy and well-outfitted cabin with a super comfy bed and a great leather reading chair. Drank lots of the delicious mountain well water. Made breakfast in kitchen — love the pans and electric cooktop. Short drive to Woodstock for dinner. And oh the beauty of the surroundings - scenic views everywhere. Our two little doggies were happy to romp in the fenced in yard. Little too chilly when we were there but pool looks so appealing. Lisa is a proactive and super responsive host.

The house is really gorgeous. Everything was very new/modern, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed cooking meals in the kitchen overlooking the stunning view out the back. The hot tub and fire put were nice amenities to enjoy. The BBQ seemed to not be working, but other than that, no complaints. Location wise, the property is located in the northwest Catskills, near Stamford, NY, and convenient to many hiking spots in the area as well as nearby towns. The property itself its up on a hill, in what felt like a secluded and private spot, which made it feel like a real getaway and retreat. In sum, recommend this Airbnb for the nice amenities, modern touches, and amazing view.

This was our second time staying in this special house. Waking up in the cozy bed and feeling like you are sleeping in the beautiful woods with deer just outside the giant expansive windows is really something. The property and surroundings are gorgeous, private and serene. The house itself is perfect for our family. The bedding and linens are quality. The space is charming and magical.

Ambyr’s home was the perfect relaxing getaway! The house and amenities were exactly as described. She was extremely responsive when I had check in questions, or when I asked for recommendations in the area. The house is a perfect short drive to downtown Hudson, and also near so many little charming restaurants and places to grab drinks. Our favorite part of the house was the hot tub and relaxing backyard. Would highly recommend!

My husband and I were blown away by the beauty and thought that was put into this private destination. The moment you step on property, the freshness of the air and sounds of the creek are immediately calming. Diana was incredibly nice and very communicative before and during the entire stay. Activities: The sauna, creek, hot tub, pizza oven, grill, fire place/pits, hammocks- the amenities are amazing and unlike any other Airbnb I have ever been in before. So much that besides a quick dinner out one night (12 min away) and a nice walk around the Mountain Top Arboretum with our dog, we wanted to spend our time at the property. We called it our personal sanctuary spa!! The home: The home style is minimalistic but homey and every single item is top notch quality. There are no shortcuts- the entire place is a work of art. The bedroom and bathroom inspired me to reanalyze my own bedroom style. Thank you for upping the Airbnb game!! Can’t wait to come back to this magical spot! ✨

Cant speak highly enough about Matthew and his home. We came to explore Hudson and the home absolutely stole the show. It was completely serene, beautifully designed and just so cozy and perfect for a weekend for my girlfriend and our sisters to decompress and enjoy each others company in nature. The outdoor space was so peaceful, the living room was a perfect space for us to spend time together, and the kitchen was excellent for the one night that we cooked a meal. Hudson itself was a little sleepier than we expected but still very charming and quaint, and the host gave excellent recommendations if you didn’t come with places in mind. We were about 45 mins from Kaaterskill falls which is a gorgeous area for hiking in the Catskills if you enjoy that. Overall just absolutely exceptional, one of the most beautiful and charming homes I’ve stayed in. We all keep saying how much we miss it.

The cottage was even more beautiful and cozy than I imagined from the photos and descriptions. It’s absolutely beautiful, quiet, and very comfortable. The beds were comfortable and kitchen was stocked with high end cookware allowing us to really enjoy our meals. The location is quiet and peaceful, but close to town with lots to do and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Casa Copake is pure magic. Photos can’t begin to capture the charm, warmth, and whimsy of this extraordinary place. The garden is a plant lover’s dream- lush, peaceful, and full of personality. Inside, the house is a lesson in curation. Every detail feels intentional and inviting, from cozy textures to quirky, artful touches that spark joy around every corner. (The number of times I said “Look at that!” out loud is borderline embarrassing.) Marco & Steven have clearly poured their hearts into this home. The beds were plush, the kitchen beautiful and fully functional. Thoughtful amenities, like wireless phone chargers in all the right spots, made the stay feel elevated and effortless. I was traveling with a colleague, and the well-separated bedrooms and bathrooms were ideal. The mini-splits let us each find our perfect sleep temp. I only wish I had more time to curl up with a book. Casa Copake is a treat for the eyes and the soul. I can’t wait to return.

Lovely stay for 3 generations celebrating a Bard graduate. Best beds we have ever slept in. Loved the waterfall in the back. Outdoor and indoor spaces enhanced our experience.

Super cute place to stay for the summer! I was only here for one night so i didn’t get the full experience but the hot tub and grill in the backyard was amazing. The hosts also had a bunch of local recommendations for anything you’d need (hiking, restaurants etc)

A beautiful, comfortable house right on the Hudson with stunning views. We loved watching all the life on the river, herons and loons and ducks, as well as boats from tiny crafts to massive barges. There are great hikes just a short distance away. It is a perfect place to rest, write, draw, and make music.

We stayed at Patrick's place to celebrate my 30th birthday with five of my closest girlfriends, and it was truly perfect from start to finish. The house is tucked away in a peaceful, private setting, but still feels incredibly stylish and thoughtfully designed. Every detail was perfect—from the decor to the hot tub and Sonos sound system that kept the fun and relaxing vibes going all weekend. The kitchen was gorgeous and became the heart of the house—we cooked, laughed, and danced around it all weekend. The outdoor space was just as stunning and gave us the perfect spot to relax and soak it all in. The home was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Patrick was proactive, communicative, and provided very clear directions that made check-in and our whole stay seamless. Would absolutely come back again—such a special place for a special weekend!

The house is absolutely perfect for a quiet, rural getaway that's in close proximity to Hudson and Great Barrington! The property is green and lush and there are numerous picture windows to enjoy the surroundings and stunning views. The wood floors and ceilings make the home feel incredibly cozy and there are numerous seating areas and a large kitchen. We had a fantastic time staying and would highly recommend it to anyone!

We had a magical and amazing time at Kristin’s place. The place is extremely nice and super cozy. I would highly recommend everyone to stay here, the house is amazing and so is Kristin. She went above and beyond even with a request I had and I will always be appreciative for what she did. The house was perfect and we did not want to leave at all and really wish we stayed longer. We love the houses design and how it was styled. The bed is super comfy and everything was just perfect for us. Will most likely definitely be coming back but in the winter.
