This large Arab-Moorish style house, with more than 300 m2 of living space and 200 m2 of terraces, combines comfort and warmth of decor. Facing the sea, the 3 large terraces offer the possibility to eat and enjoy the sun. Close to Aourir, the house is only 20 minutes from the center of Agadir. A small grocery store is 50 m away to help you out.

Villa with private pool, not overlooked.

Very nice Villa with private pool without neighbors. The villa is located in a new residence 10 minutes from downtown Agadir and the beaches. Close to all amenities including the Sela shopping center: Carrefour, Kiabi, Decathlon, Parkids, McDonald's, etc. (5 min by car) and many other shops. Very quiet and secure family residence, well maintained I'm available for any additional information and wish you a pleasant stay in Agadir.
