Mateo a été très réactif à nos messages et nous a aidé sur tous les points. L’appartement était super. Notez cependant que ça peut être un peu bruyant surtout pour un vendredi ou samedi soir puisqu’il y a une discothèque à côté. Nous étions avec des enfants, mais sinon ce n’aurait pas été un gros problème. C’est l’ambiance de la ville nous en sommes bien conscient.

The sunsets to die for. The service is absolutely TOP notch - the team here are incredibly outgoing and wonderfully kind. The food delicious and nutritious. Lodging is I immaculate. You will spend your days bathing in the rivers, finding magical waterfalls and exploring beautiful trails. An absolute paradise. We couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so perfect. You have truly created the most beautiful little hideaway. Don’t think twice. Book it. Unwind. Breathe. Reconnect with nature. Cannot wait to return :)

La casa es preciosa, tal cual las fotos, la administradora fue muy buena nos ayudó con mensajeros, restaurantes, pero en cuanto a la playa queda lejos de la casa no como se plantea en las fotos, el comercio se encuentra muy retirado de la casa, recomiendo el lugar cuando se lleva carro propio, de lo contrario se vuelve un poco extenuante pagar vehículos para ir a comprar víveres o cuando se necesiten otras cosas, en general todo super bien, me la casa en su interior muy completa, cómoda y acogedora

Excelente propiedad! Comoda y confortable! No pudimos utilizar el televisor ya que siempre estuvo desconfigurado y es el único que hay en la casa, pero de resto todo bien!

Daniela estuvo muy atenta durante nuestra estadía, fue muy amable, ella pensó en cada detalle e incluso tenía todo preparado para nuestra mascota, su cabaña es hermosa y cerca del mar, brinda un plus de tranquilidad al no estar tan cerca del rodadero, aun así puedes ir caminando a esta playa o a la de Gaira. La cabaña tiene muy buenos utensilios para cocinar e incluso una nevera de icipor qué facilitó llevar nuestras bebidas frías a la playa.

La casa es increíble, tiene todos los insumos tanto en cocina como en los baños, el jacuzzi y la terraza, todo estaba impecable a nuestra llegada y nos facilitaron los horarios. Juan Pablo y todo el resto de encargados de la casa fueron muy diligentes, responden rápido y nos colaboraron mucho con varios requerimientos. Muy buen sitio!

Amazing house located on the property of La Veranda Hotel. The house itself is beautiful, comfortable, and private. It’s great to have access to the hotel amenities as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous location in downtown Santa Marta near shops and restaurants as well as the beaches. We absolutely loved the rooftop pool. We valued having reception in the building as well, made check in very simple. Occasionally it was a little noisy as the condo is on the ground floor, but overall we absolutely loved our stay and would come again!

Spectacular apartment that felt like home from the beginning. Perfect for kids, exploring outside of the bubble of the resort or just laying around the more than comfortable apartment. Exceptional facilities like the Infinity pool, the maintained and guarded beach and even access to the main irotama resort grounds. Would recommend to anybody thinking about going. We will definitely plan to come back!, Katy was nice and very responsive to our requests, very quiet and peaceful (even the shared areas) which is exactly what we were looking for, the personal were extremely nice, the jacuzzi was great and the instructions easy to follow and clear, the kitchen had everything that you could need and more.. there’s the Zazue mall very close which has all the restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores coffee shops hair salon and more..

La distribución del apartamento es genial, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una estadía agradable en familia, los acabados son lindos y tiene una buena dotación. Cada detalle está pensado para que te sientas como en casa. La ubicación del condominio es perfecta si se busca tranquilidad y estar alejado del ruido, las piscinas son excelentes y el acceso a la playa es un plus. En el primer piso se encuentran mini mercados y a unos 10 minutos caminando hay un Ara y un D1. Si se quiere desplazarse a otra zona, a la salida del condominio se encuentran taxis disponibles. Gracias a César y a Ligia por estar atentos y garantizar que la estadía fuera lo mejor.

Ludis es una excelente anfitriona, estuvo pendiente a nuestra llegada y las preguntas que le realizamos, el apartamento cuenta con todos los elementos para hacer una estadía agradable, ubicado cerca al centro histórico con acceso a restaurantes. El apartamento tal cual las fotos. muchas gracias.

Nos encantó la estadía con ustedes sin duda, volveremos, demasiado limpio ordenado con todos los implementos necesarios, nos sentimos seguros y muy a gusto, Única recomendación revisar la lavadora ya que metimos a lavar ropa blanca y salió manchada, o hacer la recomendación a los próximos residentes mil gracias

Excelente lugar para hospedarse, limpio, cómodo, tal cual las fotos, muy acogedor, Maira y su esposo muy pendientes y atentos. Recomendado 100%. El lugar está dotado de todos. Volvería mil veces más.

일몰을 보기에 정말 좋은 위치입니다. 호텔 수영장을 이용할 수 있다는 것도 참 좋았습니다. 건조기는 온도가 뜨거우니 사용에 조심해야 합니다. 재질에 따라 엄청 줄어드니 ㅜㅜ 조심하세요. 그밖에 모든 것이 좋았습니다.

David’s apartment was the perfect place for our stay — clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Everything was exactly as described, and even better in person. The space felt welcoming and well cared for, with thoughtful touches that made a big difference. The location was great, with easy access to beaches and restaurants, public transit, etc.], and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. David was a fantastic host responsive, friendly, and respectful of our privacy. Highly recommended — I’d definitely stay here again!

Casa Del Rio is a GREAT choice for anyone looking for an airbnb while in santa marta. Carlos's apt looked exactly like the photos shown but the place is a lot bigger seeing it in person. The security staff are so helpful and kind you can tell that they love doing their job, I loved them all. Carlos is also very responsive and did his best to ensure that I was satisfied with my stay. Will I return here on my next trip to Santa Marta ? ABSOLUTELY !!

this is my third time staying with Carlos. I always receive five star treatment. I will continue to stay with him
