I didn't have a suitable accommodation for 4 people in downtown Seosan, so I booked again. Even if I arrived at night, I didn't have to worry about parking, and the interior of the house was cozy because it looked like someone's home ~ ~

It was very close to the fish market and inexpensive, so I had a very comfortable and cozy stay. This is my second visit since last year, and it was so nice!

Great value. There is no shop right in front of you, but there is a Joam-eup market 10 minutes away by car, and a chicken and pizza restaurant that can be delivered right nearby. It is quiet because there are few residents of the surrounding area and the villa. The bed was not hard, so I used it comfortably, and it was good because there was air conditioning in the master bedroom and living room, respectively. The water pressure in the bathroom is strong.. It's a trip with a puppy, and I was thankful that you allowed me to be confused ~ ^ ^ This is the accommodation I booked to visit my friend's house, and I'm going to visit again ~ ~

* The accommodation is a new building, so it is clean, and the location is next to the largest traditional market in Pyeongtaek, so it is very convenient and quiet with rumored restaurants. * Bus stops, Line 1 subway station, and railway (KTX, SRT, Saemaeul Trains) are all nearby, so it is very convenient and close by on foot. * The beautiful Tongbokcheon promenade is excellently constructed with exercise equipment, a resting place, and a performance venue, and is the best place for exercise. * Thank you for your kind and quick response. I plan to use it again next time and would definitely recommend it to other bookers.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The location is absolutely perfect, just a short and easy walk to the gate and into the Ville, which was ideal for us as a military family. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, making the entire process smooth during what could have been a stressful time. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed for our family of three while we were in the middle of our move. The apartment was very cozy, with all amenities needed even for an extended stay. It is close to many restaurants and a convenience store is just around the corner. Both bus and subway stations are nearby as well, making this the perfect spot to stay while exploring the local area.

A fantastic apartment, easy to check, very spacious with lots of storage. Close to convenience stores and not far from Pyeongtaek-si station. I would definitely stay again if we visit in the future.

It was nice to have disposable items! The accommodation was so clean, and especially the bed was so comfortable that I slept well. The view was so beautiful in the evening, so I watched it for a while.

We needed a last minute accommodation after our first one fell through. The host was very responsive and helped us tremendously. I wish we had found this first and stayed the entire week. If we come back we will definitely stay here again. We are a family of 3 and we were very comfortable.

Clean and comfortable!! It was 🫶🏻a space🫶🏻 where you could enjoy hygge! I also loved the restaurants you told me about and the early summer night walk! I couldn't read it, but there were a lot of good books on the bookshelf, so it was healing just to be in the space. I rested🥹 well before heading out.❤️

I was previously stationed at Camp Humphreys and Yongsan during my time in the Army, but I never had the chance to truly immerse myself in the beautiful culture of South Korea—until now. Staying at this cozy house was an incredible experience. I loved every moment of my stay! The accommodations were top-notch. I was able to keep up with my college coursework and enjoy gaming comfortably. Everything I needed was already provided—nothing was missing, and I felt completely taken care of. The neighborhood is peaceful and relaxed, with plenty of nearby reminders of what makes South Korea such a wonderful place. From charming cafés and great restaurants to a Daiso and other convenient shops, everything was within reach. For fellow foreigners: the address might be a bit tricky to find at first. Look for the Hollys Coffee shop—this place is located right across from it. Truly a home away from home. I’m incredibly grateful for this experience and highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting

We loved it. The neighborhood was very nice. The market across the street was lively and fun. The apartment was spotless. It served our family very well for our moving needs. The host was wonderful. It felt like home. It’s a very nice space. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

i had a wonderful time in asan. it feels peaceful as the city isn't too big but there are still many things to explore and see. 세미 was a wonderful host and looked out for me. we had a great time together. the cats really tested my patience but it was still nice to have them around. they were very curious but can be very loud

This place was perfect for what we needed. A home away from home while working locally. The hostess was amazing! She took care of everything and was very responsive to all our questions. She helped us get oriented to the area, helped us with bus and train schedules. She provided outstanding recommendations for local things to do in our free time and restaurants. I highly recommend this place and the hostess! Awesome!

I had a good rest at the price and the internal environment so comfortably. I think I'll need to book my next business trip as well.
