Casa do Rio Alva is a very special place with private access to the river! Our country house is located in the village of Secarias in the heart of the nature of central Portugal, 4 km from the village of Arganil and 55 km from the city of Coimbra. Exploring the Alva River from our home is a unique experience, where the following stand out: avocets, bees, kingfishers, crows, swallows, foxes, field mice, frogs, toads and snakes, numerous fish such as bass, bogas and carp, but also trout and eels.

It's a 10min walk through the village to the river with beaches and a café whilst charming Coja town is a 5min drive and includes several restaurants, cafes, bakeries, bank. A multitude of historic sights and outdoor activities are catered for in the surrounding area.

Sleeping 11, the Quinta has 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a fully furnished living area, a dining area, an outdoor kitchen, a private dining and outdoor BBQ area with charcoal grill and pizza oven, a terrace with a spectacular view of the river and forest and an outdoor pool (shared).

The apartment has a balcony over looking the river beach of Avo, where you can enjoy the fresh water of the Alva river. Right next to the apartment you have a coffee/bakery shop, a small grocery shop, a pharmacy and a bank. Around the property you can enjoy many different walking paths in nature.

Authentically renovated village house

Our authentically renovated, stone village house is located in the quiet and friendly village of Andorinha in Central Portugal. We created a modern space with as much comfort as possible yet keeping the eccentricity of the house. Make sure you take advantage of the wood burning hot tub and enjoy a few hours soaking, while sipping on a nice glass of wine. IMPORTANT TO KNOW: The downstairs large bedroom is accessed externally through the front courtyard NOT from inside the house.

Quinta da Ribeira was lovingly restored by Lurdes and Nuno in 2005, creating a beautiful home from home, in a peaceful setting. Enjoy private use of the 2 bedroom farmhouse, - with its glorious pool and well manicured gardens. The farm is ideal for couples and small families. Our child friendly rural retreat has plenty of room to roam, relax and play! Just a few minutes from Tabua town you can access shops, restaurants and facilities with ease. Well behaved pets are welcomed!

The house is located in the Mondego River Valley on walking distance of a beautifull isolated riverbeach. A great place to get away from the stressed world. Excellent for a couple or an individual who loves the simplicity, purity and silence of nature. The house includes an open kitchen and living room, a 11 m2 mezanine for sleeping, an outside shower, compost toilet in a 5000 m2 forest garden with granit boulders, natural structures, sculptures and chillout places.

This 1 bedroom self catering apartment with lounge, large en suite shower room, fully fitted kitchen, BBQ area and large private pool with decking. It is set in 4.7 acres of woodland, in the municipality of Oliveira do Hospital in the heart of Central Portugal. This pretty whitewashed cottage with stone trim and wooden shutters nestles amongst landscaped gardens. Casa do Loureiro is a three-bedroom property which accommodates up to six people in unassuming comfort. High-speed Internet (100mbps) is available throughout the property.

It has a spectacular view of the Mondego River and plenty of sun exposure. It also has a fantastic garden space suitable for events and families.
