Great place for a larger group to have plenty of room. A little ways off the beaten path but worth a little extra drive. 15 min drive to Vermillion, 20 min drive to Yankton and 35 minutes to Sioux Falls. The house has two bedrooms and everything is furnished, bedding, towels, all kitchen appliances , dishes and silverware, cleaning supplies, and a washer /dryer. Has 2 TVs - living room/kitchen, both Roku. Hunters are welcome along with their dogs, ( we ask you clean up after them) Anyone with a pet must also include a $25.00 pet fee when they book .
