The place is quite quiet and safe. It has a plus because it's petfriendly. It is only somewhat complicated to handle keys and padlocks, but nothing else. The host was always attentive and very friendly, that gave me a lot of confidence.

The house is new, everything clean, the fractionation is a quiet and safe private, the area too, even though it is not in the city center, is nearby. Take my dogs and in the ratios that I went out to the street without them, they could be in a patio that has techito and is completely closed and safe.

We only stayed one night, passing through Villahermosa. The stay worked out great for this purpose. Communication with Gerardo was excellent and he solved a couple of problems we had.

The house was just as in the photos and description. Sufficient towels and sheets, if you are a friolent person I would suggest bringing a blanket for the air conditioning. The watchman was always on the lookout for what made us feel safe. The waves were strong on the beach but it was still nice to be on the shore. The beach palapa was a bit far from the seaside, so I suggest bringing an umbrella to be on the nearby beach. The kitchen is very well equipped.

The place is very well connected, easy to get anywhere from there. The spaces are spacious, well-lit, and the decor is tasteful. The whole apartment is air-conditioned, it has all the almost new furniture of very good quality. Communication with the managers is fluid, they are super attentive to resolve any situation. The parking lot is closed, you can leave the vehicle without having any worries. A few steps away there is a very large park to go for a jog or walk the dog. The only thing that could be improved but does not depend on them at all, is that there is no convenience store nearby so it is necessary to order for Uber eats.
