Holiday rentals with a patio in Ta' Xbiex

Clean apartment, great location and very quiet. Close to the port , there are a lot of restaurants, bars, supermarkets or public transport nearby that are great for you around the island. It's better not to rent a car because traffic jams all day. Thank you to Barbara for her kindness and availability when necessary.

My family and I loved our time at Christian’s place during our vacation in Malta. Christian and Marcelle made sure to make us feel welcome and supported all the time. He didn’t hesitate to help us with unique requests. We commend him for being such a great host to us and recommend his place to everyone who wants to have an amazing time in Malta. One last thing: Christian’s place is very near the beach so you will love living here ;)

I had a wonderful stay at Lorianne’s apartment. The place was clean, comfortable, and just as described. Lorianne was a fantastic host—very polite, welcoming, and an excellent communicator throughout the entire process. She made everything easy and stress-free. Amazing stay Tidy clean place Beautiful spacious penthouse There is plenty parking on road side. A shop at corner, get out of Paxton house, turn left, walk 100 meter and shop. Nearby McDonald and other takeaways. We enjoyed our one night stay. On arrival there is self check in and key in key safe and it says”paxton” on it as 5 other key boxes as well. Car hire option from airport only. Only use Bolt or Uber. Avoid white Taxis - they charge a lot more. Coming back to accommodation: All went well. Just a note: you need to arrange your own shampoo. Rest everything available.

Marvic is very attentive, she responds quickly to questions, sometimes with photos for clarification. The apartment is enormous, with space and privacy for everyone. The elevator is very pleasant if you have large suitcases. Parking (we had 2 cars) was sometimes a bit tricky.

We stayed here for five nights and everything was perfect. Clean, spacious, just as described. We bought a 4 day travel card for €19 which enabled us to travel all over the island and Gozo too so it was convenient having a bus stop right outside. The area outside is lovely with the sea just across the road and we even had a halal Turkish bistro downstairs! Communication with the host was excellent too. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay again.

excellent stay at Warren's, great location with amenities nearby , quiet street and really nice terraces. The accommodation is cozy with all the necessities. Warren is very responsive to the slightest request. I would highly recommend this place, a real gem, thank you so much again to Warren

It is unlikely you will stay anywhere else like this, it is very special. The description and photos are totally accurate. Well equipped, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The terrace would have been a lovely place to spend time if the weather had been kinder! Nat responded quickly to any questions and was always helpful. The directions provided made it very easy to find and the key was in the safe. You have to park outside of the old city (part of the charm is virtually no vehicles) but we had no problem parking. Very happy to recommend Nat's house.

We had a great time staying at this beautiful place! It's really exactly like the pictures and very charming! It is located in the beautiful old village center of Attard - a good starting point for all activities. The Italian restaurant across the street is great - we were there on 2 of 3 evenings. Sabrina is a friendly and accommodating host who responded promptly to every question and was very flexible with us. We would come back and recommend the property.

Spacious apartment in a great location! 2mins from bus, shops, restaurants, and pharmacies. The apartment is right by the promenade so it was a 15mins walk to Sliema to shop or catch the ferry into Valletta. Juan was friendly, polite, and accommodating. The kettle stopped working and he replaced it right away. He even added a microwave since I was there for a long stay. The apartment itself is quite large, with lots of space. It had everything needed. One tiny con...the place was running a little low on basic toiletteries & cleaning supplies but i had my own so it wasn't a problem for me. Otherwise I had a good stay. The maltese balconies are a nice touch! Great host. Great apartment. Great location. Would definitely recommend 👍🏽

I can recommend the place with a clear conscience. It was beautiful, clean, big and matched the pictures. The location was also great for us, the sea is super close just like the bus stop and many different restaurants. Interaction with the host went smoothly and super well! All in all really great ;)

Everything was fine. The small malfunction was quickly resolved. We recommend staying for two couples because of the two separate bathrooms :)

we booked it with my friends. [group of 6] and i can say our stay was very superb. the pool the jacuzzi ,the welcoming,the hospitality and to the ever helpful host( we are very grateful).. Also the location is situated in a quiet neighborhood..and of course Villa Lorrela was clean as described and we would definitely do a re-visit.

I had a great stay, the location is central and the apartment is spacious and comfortable. Mezzaluna restaurant around the corner makes amazing gluten free pizza. There is a direct bus TD1 from the airport, and the busses accept bank cards. Be aware that there are a lot of road constructions, and some buss stops are suspended for some periods of time. The apartment is a good base to explore the area.

Fantastic accommodation, we stayed 7 days in this beautiful apartment, Anthony sent us photos, description and accurate instructions on how to check-in and check-out, also meeting our needs and our schedules. Apartment equipped with all comforts: two bathrooms, two kitchens, large terrace overlooking the square, in addition to the hairdryer and washing machine services and a list of the best places to eat. Quiet neighborhood and within walking distance of the waterfront. Fantastic experience thanks also to Anthony's great responsiveness and professionalism, who responded whenever we needed it. Highly recommended.

We truly recommend Stefania's place. Cosy, beautiful terrace to relax on, close to the St Giljan's bay and accomodations.

Wonderful clean, spacious apartment with many supplies (towels, soaps, cooking utensils, etc.). Great location to visit the island, in a village with restaurants and small supermarket close by.

We had a great time, Malta is beautiful. Very congested traffic would be our only complaint, buses get you around but if you need to be somewhere “on time” we used Bolt. The apartment is super nice wish it had been slightly warmer to enjoy the pool and Mediterranean 😊
