Opened in 2025, Z&Z Apartment offers sophisticated accommodation on the edge of the city center, which can be reached by public transportation in ~ 5 minutes, ~15 minutes by walk. Free parking is available in front of the building. The apartment is located on the 4th floor. The bedroom has an upscale mattress and a pull out couch in the living room. When designing the apartment, we kept the comfort of guests in a classy modern environment. It provides convenient comfort for a short or even longer stay.

A lakást meleg szívvel ajánljuk azoknak, akik szeretnének nyugodt környezetben, de mégis a belvároshoz közel lakni. Ingyenes parkolási lehetőséggel, közeli tömegközlekedéssel, gyalog 10 perces sétára a központtól található a 2 szobás lakás. Szeretettel várjuk kisgyermekesek érkezését is, ebben az esetben lehetőség van babaágy bekészítésére. A lakást igyekeztünk modern módon berendezni, pakolható szekrényekkel, kényelmes matracokkal és pehely ágyneműkkel, a konyha is teljesen felszerelt.

Szeged, 2-room, fully renovated private house for rent near the Tisza and downtown. The accommodation is within walking distance of the new handball stadium (PICK ARENA) and the Tiszavirág swimming pool. The rooms have separate entrances, the kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped. The house has a small courtyard. Free parking in front of the house. Children are welcome, there is a crib, but no high chair. I do not accept guests traveling alone for more than 3 nights.
