City center or party district available by subway (no.2 & 4line), by bus (7 and more), by trolley (78 takes you to the Parliament!), or 15 min walk. Walking distance also: city park, brand new Puskás Stadium. It has a cosy bedroom (160x200cm dbl bed), a bright living room with sofabed for 2 more persons, modern equipped kitchen. No elevator, 2nd floor.

We warmly welcome you in our villa with pool, pond panorama. We are baby- and dog-friendly. Our villa is located in the area of Őrbottyán, next to the fishing lake! Our air-conditioned villa with 3 bedrooms, living room with kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, two toilets, two large terraces awaits guests. Our rooms can accommodate up to 6 people. The lake can be reached only 5 minutes by walk. The pool is closed from November to March. In autumn and spring, we heat the water to approx. 25°C.
