What a beautiful house. We had a great time staying at the beige villa and made great use of the hot tub and sauna. Eva was really helpful and check in was easy. The facilities in the house are great and the attention to detail in the decor is spot on. We went out of season but still plenty to do. The house even had autumnal decorations. Highly recommend a trip to Porc restaurant and a day trip to Tihany.

The house is located in a quiet place on the vineyard. On the way up, it's a good idea to keep in mind that not all cars can cope with the gravel roads on Lake Balaton. Everything was very clean and tidy. The house is well equipped. One minor glitch was the size of the towels (hand towel size). We had a good time.

Great house with lots of amenities in quiet area about 40 minutes to Budapest. We stayed in off-season so lots of things nearby closed but not a problem. Zsolt is a very gracious host, he actually met us to show us around and he was very quick to answer questions and to help out. Thanks so much for a great stay!

A great place to stay for a quiet and active vacation - perfect location in a very quiet area. The house is brand new, beautiful, clean and very stylish! I recommend!!! I also appreciate the communication with the host, which was great. 2 bedrooms for 2 couples, we had a private one. Terrace overlooking the garden, including a barbecue. Parking in the backyard. I really recommend the stay.

Nice location for hikes across the peninsula, also a beach is easily accessible on foot. The two bedrooms, each with separate bathrooms, are well suited for 5 people, and we were happy to use the large bright living room with a terrace in front. We will be happy to come back!

Arrival was a bit difficult at first, we came from the other side and the path was very difficult to pass by car (cars that are structurally lowered, would have had massive problems with passing through) but after arrival the passable path was explained (actually real path). Check in was straightforward and went pretty fast. Accommodation was relatively clean (a bit dusty) but otherwise there was nothing. The outside pool was even heated especially for us in demand for the evening. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The location was quiet and very nice. We would love to come back anytime. Check out was also straightforward and quick.

Ilona is a very attentive, warm host. Her architecturally cleverly renovated house is located in the middle of an oak grove, a very airy, relaxing and very quiet environment. Perfect for recharging and breathing deeply. Despite summer heat of up to 35 degrees, the temperatures in the house were very pleasant. Lake Balaton can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes, the small village shop in just 3 minutes. The truly excellent vegetarian restaurant "Veganetta" is also about 15 minutes away by foot. The place is highly recommended. Glad to come back!

We stayed with Judith for a week. We met her daughter and her husband since Judith was unfortunately sick at the time. The hosts are very nice and the daughter speaks very good German. The apartment is very nice and well equipped. There were four of us and we felt very comfortable. We highly recommend this place and if we were to go on vacation again then we would like to stay with Judith again.

The Egzotikus kert is truly paradise. Unfortunately we were only 5 days there. We would have just come to relax. What is really wonderfully possible here. There is also access to Lake Balaton nearby. We downloaded the waze and found it right away. The well-known app actually shows a wrong way! We tested it. When you arrive at the gate, it magically opens up and you have a breathtaking view of the lake. We also met Turbo, the house dog. There is also a wellness area to book. This can be easily viewed on your own pages, there is also a very nice video. The Lavanda apartment is cool on its own but also has a climate. You have a covered area and a sun terrace on the roof. The kitchen has 4 hotplates and a pipe, kettle, coffee maker, micro. But it's also an experience to stay in the other sleeping arrangements. The common barbecue to use... We have paid for 2 people about 10 euros for 4 nights for the tourism tax, so a bissal what about 1 Euro. We will be happy to come back, but then longer! Thank you for this special holiday experience!

This is an enchanted house with a beautiful garden that makes the house cool on hot summer days. Walkable from the Balaton. The house and the garden gives the feeling that we live the life of the original owners of the villa. This was a time travel a unique summer holiday experience. We are grateful for the trust and the hospitality.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house! The host was amazing, offering us a lot of assistance and even a late check-out. Super friendly too! Highly recommended!

What an awesome villa Atilla has. 5 double rooms, great kitchen, spacious shady deck under a large awning, large private garden with plenty of shade and a lovely pool. The games area and table tennis is a nice addition. The kitchen is really well equipped with plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses and utensils - something we have found other airbnb's lack when cooking for a group of six. The villa is very close to the lake with access from the rear garden. The lake is fab - we had morning and evening swims each day when it was less busy and play time using atilla's SUP paddleboard in the afternoons. One of the best Villa's we've rented for our family. thank you

We got the house completely cleaned and clean. The sauna and hot tub were clean and nice. The furniture is really a bit worn out, but they do their function. The area is wonderful, we hiked, biked and had plenty of rest. Our dogs really enjoyed the big green area in front of the house. The host was friendly and responsive to our questions. It was flexible with checkout, unfortunately we couldn't live with the late move out offered. We'll be back.

Zita is a great host. She was super responsive, helpful and kind. The house is amazing, perfect in every detail, it is a great place to have for a family vacation with three generations.

We stayed out of season on a business trip, using the house as a base for our daily activities. Botond, the host, was excellent. Really responsive, massively flexible, and wanted to ensure the we had a good stay. He even provided a bottle of his own brewed palinka as a welcome! He was always at the end of the email if we needed anything, but there were no issues at all. Location wise, the house is perfect for a holiday on Lake Balaton - it is a short walk to the beach and a promenade with restaurants and shops. The house itself was in great condition - Botond and his father have done a lot of the work themselves - clean, practical and with a load of amenities that help make the stay a good one. Solid WIFI, a well resourced kitchen, and even though it was November, we made good use of the BBQ and fire pit on an evening. Secure parking for 3 cars. We would stay again without question, and we are looking to book with Botond for next year already. Highly recommended!
