The area around the house is a safe, parking fee-free zone. The hospital is 6 minutes on foot, but the city center is easily accessible on foot, comfortably 15 minutes. The house is near the big station . Separate building from downtown 1.5 Km. 20 minutes on foot . There is public transportation in front of the building. The apartment is equipped with a premium category air conditioning system. Bedrooms with separate entrances 3, there is a 2 seater sofa in the living room. The covered terrace belongs to the apartment, the kitchen is fully equipped. There is wifi. Parking is not required. The parking lot is in front of the house with a camera.

Szeged, 2-room, fully renovated private house for rent near the Tisza and downtown. The accommodation is within walking distance of the new handball stadium (PICK ARENA) and the Tiszavirág swimming pool. The rooms have separate entrances, the kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped. The house has a small courtyard. Free parking in front of the house. Children are welcome, there is a crib, but no high chair. I do not accept guests traveling alone for more than 3 nights.
