You won't regret booking this immaculate unit. It is fully equipped to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable stay in the heart of Dubai. Luxurious looking, this unit has definitely one the best view in Dubai. You can reach Dubai Mall in about 5 minute walk. You will find a carrefour market on the other side of the street in about 2 min walk. This unit is located at the Burj Royale (Emaar). The building was handover in 2023 and has great amenities. Note that all pictures are from the actual unit.

Super cozy space with a nice balcony. Its located in a very quite neighborhood with free parking on the premise. Its a very laid back and relaxing atmosphere and has been furnished tastefully. It has very comfortable bed and sofa bed that sleeps extra 2 persons. There is a wall of glass window/door thats covered with electric curtains. There is a 50inch Smart TV to relax and an equipped kitchen just outside the studio door in the same floor. We have flexible24/7 checkin and possible.

This apartment has just breathtaking views. It's located in Downtown Views II, just opposite the Dubai Mall. It has clear views from the ground to top of Burj Khalifa. The apartment is located on high floor giving you the luxury vibe. The apartment is very clean. The host Ibrahim is the best, we faced some Air Conditioning issues on our checkin, but Ibrahim made sure to get it fixed on the same day. This apartment feels more like a home now. Looking forward to stay here again!

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment with my family during our much-needed vacation after two years of hard work. The host was exceptional—very responsive and quick to offer support when we encountered a minor issue. The apartment was spotless, with top-notch cleaning and all the amenities we could need for a comfortable stay. The location truly exceeded our expectations, with access to more than three pools, a well-equipped gym, and a beautifully clean, serviced beach. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. I highly recommend this place and would definitely choose it again in the future.
