You won't regret booking this immaculate unit. It is fully equipped to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable stay in the heart of Dubai. Luxurious looking, this unit has definitely one the best view in Dubai. You can reach Dubai Mall in about 5 minute walk. You will find a carrefour market on the other side of the street in about 2 min walk. This unit is located at the Burj Royale (Emaar). The building was handover in 2023 and has great amenities. Note that all pictures are from the actual unit.

My boyfriend and I literally booked this place as we landed in Dubai in the late evening! The host immediately contacted us and assisted us with the best method of getting to the apartment. The host was patiently waiting at the property, got us registered and gave a quick tour. The property was as beautiful as the pictures, with a balcony to die for. I spent every evening observing the city life and in awe of the view! The apartment is in a very perfect location near the Dubai Mall, Social District, Burg Khalifa and many more amenities. Book. You won't regret it!

We stayed at Mr. Alihan’s Airbnb for a week, and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I’ve had in Dubai. I travel to Dubai often and usually stay in hotels, but after this stay, I don’t think I’ll ever go back to a hotel again! The apartment exceeded all expectations it met every luxury standard and went beyond. Everything in the space was thoughtfully curated, from the design to the smallest details. High-end brands and top-quality materials were used throughout the apartment, giving it a true 5-star feel (if not better!). The location was also a huge plus just a 10–15 minute drive from the airport and very close to all the major attractions and areas in the city. It was incredibly convenient and central. Mr. Alihan was an exceptional host. You could tell he put so much care into making sure guests have everything they need. The place felt like home immediately, and I already miss it! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone travel in

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Port de la mer is a very nice settlement with peace and its own beach. The apartment was in very good condition and everything was thought of. Communication with George's assistant went very well.
