Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Sylvan Lake

Very comfortable accommodation for 7 ladies to get together for a weekend away! The location was great and within easy walking distance of the lake and restaurants. Our host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our weekend very much and would recommend this lovely cottage!

Adam was a phenomenal host, extremely responsive and accommodating. The space was perfect for our group which included 3 kids under 3. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking amenities you may need, plenty of bedding and linens for everyone. Plus the little touches making the air bnb more family friendly was well appreciated. There was a wagon, stroller, high chair and travel crib available to use along with a bin of toys. The location was great and an easy walk to the beach, with the exception of getting a stroller over the train tracks. Would definitely book here again for a weekend at the lake!

What a beautiful home to stay in! We were in Sylvan Lake for my son’s wedding. Very spacious with the four bedrooms, very clean and modern. Hosts greeted us when we arrived and also baked some yummy cookies for us. They allowed the groomens to dress at the house, the morning of the wedding and photographer was able to take some pictures in this beautiful home. The boys also enjoying hanging out in the private deck. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. ❤️

I can't say enough about Janeen's place. It looked just like the pictures. The location was perfect - walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the beach. It was amazing to see the lighthouse lit up at night (from the back deck). The whole unit was beautifully decorated, very clean and quiet. It was perfect for our girl's getaway!! Can't wait to go back.

Every thing was great! She was so friendly and the house itself was awesome.

Very comfortable, private, air conditioned basement suit. Christine provided cream for my coffee which was a big deal when you love your morning coffee. Quiet neighbourhood, great location.

We were very impressed with this rental as it was completely stalked with everything you need to feel at home! It was impeccably clean. Fresh towels arranged on the bed in each bedroom. The staples like tin foil, salt, pepper and even coffee were there for us to use. Our granddaughter is 16 months old and it was so great to have a crib for her to sleep. I would highly recommend renting this place for a family or a few couples. Thanks for the great stay, Greg!

I enjoyed this sweet little gem so much I’ve extended my stay. The host’s responsiveness, friendliness and care have been phenomenal. If I need something, the host takes care of it in short order. I can’t think of anything to complain about.

Staying at Brian's place was a great experience. Jayme was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to bring us anything we needed later in the evening. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay. I’ll definitely book this same BnB the next time I’m in Sylvan.

Alicia was an excellent host! She is responsive, friendly, and accommodating. The space was perfect for our needs. The extra blankets and space heaters provided made it a cozy home base where we could relax. The bed was super comfortable. The office space was handy as well. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Marilyn’s place. The suite is beautifully decorated, very clean, and thoughtfully set up. The kitchen was fully equipped, and we really appreciated the quality glassware and tableware. It made cooking and dining feel like home. The neighbourhood is quiet and lovely, with big trees and a peaceful vibe. The balcony was a nice bonus and perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee. Marilyn was a fantastic host: warm, welcoming, quick to respond, and always happy to help. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests' comfort. I had a great experience staying here! The place was clean, comfortable, and just as described in the listing. Check-in and communication with Elvine were smooth and easy. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located, making it easy to get around. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others!

6 adults and a newborn enjoyed the cleanliness and quiet location of this space. Family is looking to book this location again in the future. The host was quick to respond and was very accommodating with check in time. Very clean, had all the necessities and the only things missing were wine glasses and a wine bottle opener :) We enjoyed our family event and look forward to returning in the future!

We felt just at home here. Our son had surgery at Red Deer Hospital and it was nice to be on a ground level easy access home with everything that we needed and more. Thank you for having us!

Travis made sure to provide us a wonderful space. He was very responsive and the house was really clean. When we had an emergency, he was very responsive and was open to refunding us even when it was a day before our reservation. Thank you again

Paul runs a great group of properties in downtown Red Deer. Would love to stay here again if we are in the area in the future.

The place was very nice and clean! a very convenient location - right across the beach! the balcony view was also very nice! the rooms were nice and cozy and the living room area was big. Libby was responsive and helpful. Will definitely come back!

Lisa and Tyler were amazing hosts. There wasn’t anything that didn’t meet or exceed my expectations. From their excellent communication to their well-thought out approach to providing all the amenities guests would need. The condo was beautifully decorated, very clean, well-maintained and stocked with everything I needed and more. The excellent quality bedding and towels were the icing on the cake. The condo is beautiful and absolutely spotless!! There is so much more provided than any other short term rental we’ve stayed in. The communication with Mike was quick, clear and concise. Being so close to the beach is great. I’d definitely stay there again.
