Peaceful winter home in Skaftung with road all the way to the front and its own beach. There is an exhaust heat pump, electricity, water, fireplace, sauna, laundry room, washing machine. Sleeps 2+2 (one couple bed) and one fold out sofa. Fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, coffee and water cooker, glasses, plates, covers and cushions as well as TV. Bed linens and towels are available, firewood is included in the rental rate. Around there are other summer homes. Only rented for a quiet stay. No pets.

In the apartment, there is one bedroom with a double bed (160 cm). In the living room, there is a bed (120 cm) and a sofa bed (110 cm). Sheets and towels are provided. The wagons are new and made in Finland. They are winter-isolated with floor-heating and an air heat pump. Everuthing is brand new and fresh. Our accomodation area has got an own hostess, Anna. She works in the neighbour house and will be able to serve you with for instance cleaning services and new linings, towels and bathrobes if needed.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Lönngården is idyllically located by Kvarnberget in the city center of the wooden house town. The place is named after the big old maple tree in the middle of the yard. The lush garden offers a patio with barbecue facilities. On the property, there is free parking.
