It offers a queen size bed, comfy lounge, built in wardrobe, small kitchenette (w/ bar fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster), bathroom, study area, air con, Wifi & a smart tv (Netflix, Disney, Stan & Prime. It has timber floors, a timber deck & outdoor seating & windows with fly screens. There is easy access down a shared driveway to come and go as you please. We have two children, a poodle cross dog, 2 cats, who you may catch a glimpse of if you’re lucky

Massive Warehouse Loft Apartment

Earlier this year, Marrickville was voted the 10th coolest neighbourhood in the world by Time Out. And this would be the coolest pad in that neighbourhood. It's a big space on the first floor of an old warehouse. Downstairs is a working art studio - The Bakehouse Studio Marrickville run by Lisa Hoelzl. The guests who love our place the most are the ones who like the idea of staying in a warehouse flat on top of a studio and engaging with our odd extended household and neighbourhood.

I had a great time staying here! The apartment had everything I needed and more. The big TV was a nice touch, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location was fantastic—close to the library and just a short walk to the metro station, making it super convenient to get around. The place was well-equipped and very comfortable, with all the amenities you could need for a hassle-free stay. The only downside was the occasional noise from passing trains and airplanes, but it wasn't a huge issue for me. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay. Would happily stay again!

My daughter and I had a lovely stay at Kate's garden flat in Tempe. The accommodation has everything needed for a comfortable stay. It is across the road from a lovely bushland reserve with a walking track that connects to vast parklands, an unexpected delight in this part of Sydney. There is a great cafe - Clock on clock off - a five minute walk away that sells great coffee and pastries made on the premises. There is plenty of street parking available. While close to the airport and its associated noise, I found this to be a peaceful retreat on a quiet tree-lined street. Kate was a thoughtful, caring host, and made our stay easy and comfortable.

I had a lovely stay! Everything was super walkable and it was close to the bus line. It was truly a little paradise in the suburbs! Lots of beautiful birds (they are peaceful but certainly not quiet), amazing foliage, and the cat in the yard was such a sweetie. I would definitely stay here again!!

It was a beautifully done up hideaway in a well-located place not too far from a pretty beach with an off-lead area for dogs right at the end. While it might be oddly specific, the underfloor heating of the bathroom was very welcome in this cold season. Our two furbabies really loved running around the yard too.

We loved our stay - the space was as shown in the pictures and was extremely clean, luxurious, and enjoyable. We wanted to explore Newtown in particular, and this was the perfect home base for this (about a 10 minute stroll to King St). Will was really communicative and proactive. We’d love to return next time we visit.

So easy to get to from the metro. Omar was really helpful and very quick to respond to any queries I had before my stay. His place exceeded my expectations - even roomier than the photos - lovely high ceilings and the wrap around balcony is a treat to sit out on and enjoy a morning coffee. Most importantly the bed was Amazing - has to be one of the most comfortable I ever slept in. Highly recommend !
