A pearl in peaceful nature

Welcome to "Ny Sjørupgaard" Enjoy the simple life in this peaceful and centrally located home. Central because you are in nature and silence, and yet close to facilities you need as a tourist in Denmark. We have a forest that can be used, where there is a shelter that you can also sleep in. The horses walk right around the house, and the chickens also (sometimes) walk freely around. When you have been on a trip during the day, there is time and peace to process the impressions. So hug a tree, throw away your shoes, and relax with us.

We love having guests and have tried to create a nice and functional starting point for a nice stay in beautiful Djursland. There is not much luxury here, nor is there much space, but it is cozy and decent - and centrally located in relation to Djursland's many glories. For example, we have Djurs Sommerland, golf, fishing lake, playground and animal park almost in the backyard. Nice dogs are welcome (Note: stairs to the first floor). We have two nice dogs ourselves. Super cozy and homely annex/mini-summer house with a small terrace out front. The annex is located 250 meters from the water, where you will find a beach with a jetty. It is 20 m2 and has a cozy terrace and lawn that invites you to have a lot of fun and games. The annex consists of a bathroom and a combined bedroom/living room/kitchenette in one. There is a private entrance to the wooden terrace, where the summer sun can be enjoyed in the relaxing surroundings. TV with chromecast.

There is the possibility of purchasing an extra bed (but only on a mattress on the floor) if you are 3 people. Please note that there are stairs to the living room/bedroom. The stairs are without handrails and not suitable for small children.
