La maison est très propre en bon état, bien aménagée avec tous les accessoires nécessaires dans la cuisine, le salon est très confortable ainsi que les lits. Le quartier est résidentiel et très calme, avec un supermarché à 5 min à pieds. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour avec nos 3 ados.

Lovely house in a beautiful village close to all restaurants and pubs. Everything we needed was in the property and we would definitely stay if in the area again. Highly recommended.

My family of five had a great stay at Anita’s stylish house near the city centre. Easy to get to cathedral, shops and rugby. Also made use of the tenpin bowls a very short drive away. Quiet peaceful residential road close by to shops. Perfect for a long weekend away to see friends and family.

A beautiful property in a great location right on a lake. Everything was pristine and exactly as shown in the photos. Susan was very responsive and proactive. Easy to find. Large property that would easily fit a family or group of friends. The hot tub over looking the lake is fab!

Over the years we have stayed in a great many Airbnb’s. Sungate is one of the most comfortable and well equipped. The attention to detail and the high quality ‘extras’ are amazing. The bungalow is spacious, extremely clean and comfortable. Would most certainly recommend it to anyone who wishes to visit Bath. We would hope to stay again in Sungate when next visiting the area. We stayed as a family of 7 (6 adults and a toddler) and two dogs for two nights over the May bank holiday weekend. We had a lovely time. The cottage was clean and comfortable and has a very well equipped kitchen. Didi was very helpful and the check in instructions were clear. We used it as a base to visit Burford and Burton. We ate at the Wheatsheaf pub/hotel one evening which Didi recommended, would recommend. There is a lovely park a few minutes walk away which our toddler enjoyed and plenty of green space for dog walking. Parking was quite easy to find in the village, we had three cars between us and didn’t struggle to find parking. Would happily return. Thanks Didi, great host.

We had a such enjoyable stay at Spinney Falls house. The house is beautiful and in a great location with a gorgeous view from upstairs balcony and bedrooms. The open plan layout is great and the pool table was a hit. The house is situated close to the pool and the football field wasn’t far away either. We had children ranging from 18 months old to 13 years old and everyone had a fabulous weekend. We’d definitely return. Many thanks!

It was a tastefully decorated and furnished property. With everything you could possibly want. All very clean and tidy and a lovely outside space. Would highly recommend. Oh and the beds were very comfortable.

This place is perfect for a family visiting Oxford. Wonderful host, easy to get to the shops and into the centre of Oxford by bus. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay. The space is light and comfortable. Everything you needed was there and even little extras like ice in the freezer 🙂 We would definitely stay again, it was lovely.

Jack’s Place was the best flat in our 14 day tour. Comfortable, clean, and so quiet. The beds are very comfortable, living spaces were well- outfitted, and the kitchen was spectacular. Many thanks for the generous selection of teas, coffee, and fresh milk. The flat is also a very short walk to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed two meals at Salathai, as well as tea at Sally Lund’s and The Huntsman.

Stayed here for 4 days earlier this month and found it to be a really comfortable and well-equipped holiday home. Would definitely recommend to others.

From the moment we booked until we checked out Ians communication was spot on. He kindly let us know his previous customer had left earlier that day so we were able to check in earlier when we arrived. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. There was nothing you needed that wasn't there, although Ian was more than happy for us to call him should we need anything. The complimentary supplies were much appreciated! The two bedrooms were both a lovely size with King size beds, comfy mattresses and quality Egyptian cotton linen. Plenty of storage in both and both rooms supplied with a hair dryer. The bathroom is a wet room which was great for us. Underfloor heating throughout (except bedrooms which had central heating), this kept the place a perfect temperature. Such a fantastic location, so once your parked behind the property you won't be needing your car again. Ian was the perfect host and we'll be back! Thank you.

Schönes Appartement. Hell und zeitlos eingerichtet, absolut geschmackvoll. Wir haben uns alle sofort Zuhause gefühlt. Wir haben die Küche kaum genutzt, sie war aber perfekt ausgestattet, auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt (Waschmaschine vorhanden). Es gibt in der Wohnung Schlafmöglichkeiten für 4 Personen in zwei Schlafzimmern. 2 einzelne Betten, ein Doppelbett und obwohl wir nur zu Dritt dort gewohnt haben, wäre durchaus für eine weitere Person ausreichend Platz vorhanden gewesen. Trotz der zentralen Lage, sehr ruhig. Patrycja hat im Vorfeld den CheckInn gut erklärt und war immer erreichbar.

2nd time I have stayed at Dan's place with friends and the host is always very helpful, informative and quick to reply to messages. We love the flat, a perfect location for getting around the visitor attractions, restaurants and bars. There are a lot of stairs up to the accommodation (we are aged 55-66 year olds!) but just plan well so you don't need to keep going backwards and forwards. Highly recommend staying here for a great holiday. Thanks Dan for all your help during our recent stay.

Wonderful place - clean, well-located and characterful. Hosts were helpful - and provided additional support in accommodating our toddler.

Everything was lovely with our stay. Beautiful apartment, impeccably clean, nice and bright inside. Perfect location right in town. Comfortable beds, quiet at night, beautiful setting. Nice little outdoor seating area. Host was quick to respond and provide instructions. Would definitely recommend and would be happy to stay here again.

Wow. A beautiful apartment in a stunning area. We loved it. Very homely and comfortable which exceeded our expectations. Matthew was a superb and extremely thoughtful host. I won't spoil the surprises for any future tenants, but there were many unexpected treats and bonuses. Superb value too. Matthew even helped sort out the necessary parking vouchers before hand. We're definitely coming back.

We had a glorious weekend at Emma's flat. Very well equipped and every last detail was thought of. Brilliantly situated for getting around Bath, with nothing being no more than 10-15 minutes walk from the flat. Very comfortable and warm, for which we were most grateful for over a rather chilly weekend. We brought Tolly, our shitzu along too and he was very well catered for too.
