The apartments are located in the center of Ozolnieki. It is just a stone's throw from a lake with a beach,a playground,a wake park,a landscaped forest for walking (in winter - a ski track) with lighting and a complex of outdoor exercise equipment, a health trail, mini golf a stadium,ice hall,bike paths, a house culture, restaurants, cafes and shops. The apartments are located 6 km from Jelgava and 36 km from Riga, distance to Riga International Airport 38 km, to the sea resort of Jurmala 49 km.

Cosy little studio

The building was designed for Lieutenants, Generals and Pilot officers working at a neaby Zokniai airbase shortly after the WW2. That means the building was constructed to show its grand features such as high ceiling and wide doors, not to mention it’s most prestigious location. Keep it simple at this tiny and minimalist place - it’s only 15 sq meters which makes it more like a hotel room than an apartment. Due to its size we recommend it for a solo traveler, although couples are welcome.

The holiday cabin "Skudriņas" is a great place to escape to the quiet of nature, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The cabin is a refuge of peace and tranquility, where on hot days you can swim in the pond and enjoy grilled food in the gazebo, while on cooler days you can gather in the living room by the fireplace or in the hot tub. For outdoor relaxation: The hot tub is available for an additional fee of 60 EUR (10 EUR for each additional day it is heated with wood).

Located next to the village Atpūta. The place is surrounded by trees, bushes in the area of 1ha. Closed area. There are two holiday homes on the territory, placed so as not to disturb the enjoyment of the countryside peace. Sauna and hot tub (extra charge), small pond. The house has a kitchen area, a living area and a shower room with a toilet. On the second floor there are two double beds, on the first floor there is a pull-out sofa.

Our cozy wooden house is located only a 12 minute drive from Jelgava and a 55 minute drive from Riga. The house is suitable for a romantic holiday or a family with childrens . You can enjoy a romantic evening and peaceful morning on the sunny terrace around the house.
