Holiday rentals with a patio in Sveti Stefan Beach

We loved our stay with you Mira. The place is beautiful, the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the view from the balcony to wake up to each morning is blissful. Thank you so much for picking us up from the bus station and dropping us off, too. Mira and her family are very friendly and helpful and easy to communicate with. Our only regret is that we didn't book for longer! Thank you so much, we hope to stay here again in the future.

L’appartamento era esattamente come indicato nelle foto! Natasa ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni necessarie per aiutarci nell’arrivo, e una volta arrivati abbiamo avuto la possibilità di parcheggiare la nostra macchina. La casa era fornita di tutto quello che potesse essere utile (caffè, te, bevande fresche di benvenuto, sapone per lavatrice e lavastoviglie, bagnodoccia…). Quello che più ci è piaciuto è stata senz’ombra di dubbio la vista dalla terrazza, probabilmente la più bella che abbiamo visto a Kotor

We had such a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place was very clean with well equipped kitchen and with an amazing view on the bay that made it very special. A beautiful beach with clear water is just a short walk away, which was incredibly convenient. The host was so friendly, sweet and responsive, Tatijana is the best host I have met. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone and would love to come back!

Megs and Milos’ place was a true home away from home. Megs was wonderfully communicative from well before our trip, which was very helpful and put our minds at ease. She provided answers to any questions we had and was a wealth of information with suggestions regarding what to do, where to go and good eateries, links included. Milos met us at the parking lot upon our arrival and even helped carry some of our belongings to the apartment. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and incredibly well appointed (even books and games for our child). It had everything we wanted and needed. We were very comfortable in the space and our 2 year old daughter cried when it was time to leave. We would recommend this rental to anyone and everyone.

A perfect view of Budva and the bay. Super relaxing, apartment was cool and breezy and just what I as needed. The walk up IS steep, but it’s short. Meet and greet woman was LOVELY, and super helpful. To pay the tourist tax of 2 euro per day, you must meet the host at the tourist office (and note there is more than one!). ALSO, just will offer to organise taxi- take up this offer as it saves a lot of hassle at Tivat airport (and saves you ten euros!)

What an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that our host had put tremendous thought and care into every detail of our stay. The space was immaculately clean, you could tell that serious attention had been paid to every corner, from the sparkling bathroom fixtures to the dust-free surfaces throughout. Little touches like the pod coffee machine, soft towels, and blackout curtains showed real consideration for guest comfort. We’ve stayed in many Airbnbs over the years, and this one sets the bar high. Thank you for such a memorable stay!

We booked Larysa’s place for a 2 month stay for both work and leisure purposes. The apartment was very spacious and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. It had a large terrace wonderful for relaxing and the location was amazing! A 5 minute walk to the beach in Przno and a market just down the road. Larysa was very nice and accommodating. A wonderful stay overall!

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Markos Vater empfangen. Ein sehr lieber und netter Mann. Die Unterkunft liegt in ruhiger Umgebung und dennoch ist alles (Supermarkt, Restaurants, Kotor) super zu erreichen (wenige Minuten). Für einen Kurztrip ist alles was man benötigt vorhanden.

Wir können das Haus von Nadia und Val in Montenegro auf der Halbinsel Luštica absolut empfehlen. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und unsere Urlaubstage genossen. Das Haus ist genauso wie beschrieben, wenn nicht sogar noch besser... ;). Es war top sauber und wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Uns hat die Architektur zum einen an die Toskana aber auch mit den schönen Fliesen an Portugal erinnert. Man hat einen traumhaften Blick auf die Bucht und diesen sogar von allen drei Schlafzimmern. Der Garten ist mediterran und wunderschön mit Olivenbäumen, Lavendel, Rosmarinstauden, Orangenbäumen gestaltet und der Infinity-Pool ist ein kleines Highlight. Val hat uns sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen und stand bei allen Fragen und Anliegen immer für uns zur Verfügung. Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön dafür!

Absolutely amazing AirBnB! Beautiful location, easy to find with good direction by some very responisve hosts. We had some additional request and the host was very accomodating. We got to enjoy the barbeque, some lovely local wines and the amazing view. Honestly could not recommend this airbnb enough! It was an amazing experience. And then with such a low price it is an absolute steal!

Fantastisch verblijf op een unieke plek aan de Montenegrijnse kust! Wij verbleven hier begin juni met ons gezin (2 volwassenen, een kleuter en een baby) en het was werkelijk een droomplek om onze vakantie te starten. Het huis ligt op een rustige heuvel met uitzicht over de natuur en ligt strategisch tussen Tivat, Kotor en de mooie stranden van Luštica. Het huis zelf is sfeervol, goed uitgerust en erg schoon. Alles was aanwezig voor een comfortabel verblijf – van keukenapparatuur tot handdoeken. Onze host had alles duidelijk gecommuniceerd en Rosa stond bij aankomst klaar om ons welkom te heten. Heel prettig na een lange reis! Wat voor ons echt het verschil maakte: • De rust en ruimte rondom het huis • Mooie stranden (zoals Plavi Horizonti en Zanjice) op korte rijafstand • Goede uitvalsbasis voor dagtrips naar Kotor, Tivat en Herceg Novi Zeker een aanrader voor gezinnen die Montenegro willen ontdekken in een authentieke en ontspannen omgeving. Sehr schöne Wohnung in Toplage mit tollem Ausblick auf die Bucht von Kotor. Insgesamt abwechslungreiche, gemütliche und unkomplizierte Gegend zum Urlauben. Radmila ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin und gut organisiert. Jederzeit wieder!

Milica is the definition of a super host. Always available to answer all our questions, and pretty flexible with the schedule of our arrival. The house was amazing, very clean and organized. The location is amazing for someone looking for peace and quiet, and the view is out of this world. Definitely recommend it!

We absolutely loved our stay! As a group of 2 families (4 adults, 4 children) we had plenty of space and you couldn't ask for a better view. The kids spent a whole day exploring, playing and just being kids and it was fantastic. We even braved a swim in the waterfall! Yes, the road takes some confidence to tackle but it is 100% worth it. Amazing spot and wish we could have stayed longer!

What a charming, thoughtfully furnished, equipped and well located flat in Perast. Nikola was incredibly helpful and very responsive to my questions. The stone walls of this lovely flat keep it nice and cool during these hot & sunny days (and there is a/c if needed). Everything is as described and shown in the photos and the central location is fantastic and just steps from the ferries to go to the nearby islands. Thank you so much for a very relaxing, effortless stay!

Diese außergewöhnliche Unterkunft von Marvin bietet eine luxuriöse Ausstattung, die die Erwartungen bei weitem übertrifft – insbesondere was den Panorama-Blick betrifft. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet und verfügt sogar über eine Dolce Gusto Kaffeemaschine. Ein nicht erwähntes Highlight ist der direkte Blick auf die malerische Adria-Insel St. Stefan, ein Fischerdorf aus dem 15. Jahrhundert. Auch der Blick auf das majestätische Lovćen-Gebirge ist beeindruckend. Die perfekte Lage eröffnet einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf das Meer und die Bucht. Selbst bei schlechtem Wetter gibt es viel zu genießen: Ein wunderschöner Swimmingpool sowie ein Spa-Bereich mit Sauna, Hamam und Jacuzzi laden zum Entspannen ein. Der gut ausgestattete Fitnessraum rundet das Angebot ab. Aufgrund der steilen Topographie empfiehlt es sich, ein Fahrzeug zu mieten. Das freundliche Personal der Anlage steht bei allen Anliegen gerne zur Seite. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Really good stay at the apartments! The few from the front rooms is stunning. Easily walkable into Tivat, near bars and restaurants and a really peaceful spot. Modern flat with decent finishes. Thanks Antonio

Highly recommend staying here for your own slice of beautiful Budva old town! The location is PERFECT and instructions made it easy to find. It's on the smaller side but perfect for 1 or 2 adults. The outdoor patio is lush and I loved drinking coffee there in the mornings and wine at night. Would definitely stay again, really relaxing place.

Bardzo fajne miejsce, w 100% zgodne z opisem, gospodarz bardzo dba o klientów, odpowiedzi na wiadomości i pytania dot. różnych kwestii w tempie expresowym o różnych porach dnia, a transport jaki można zamówić w dobrych cenach i od ręki w różne miejsca. Bardzo polecam na mile spędzony czas w przepięknej Czarnogórze.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön! Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist bezaubernd. Generell haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einzig die Schnelligkeit des WIFIs könnte verbessert werden

Great host! Sanja was so helpful and very communicative. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend a stay here. The apartment was well equipped and immaculate. Thank you so much for having us. A car is a must with young children though. It is on a very steep hill.

The spacious apartment is excellent with the most amazing view over Budva. It was a great location for a short break within an easy 10min walk of the old town. It is set on a short steep hill which wasn’t a problem for us. The first floor apartment overlooks a lovely pool. I highly recommend this apartment for a small group of guests. You will not be disappointed.
