Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Sveti Stefan Beach

We had such an amazing time at Zeljko's house. He is an amazing host, was very reliant and took great care of us. The house is very beautiful and quiet, with a great view and even access to a garden. We couldn't have found a better place in Montenegro.

Ronduit geweldig! Smaakvol ingericht, het meest heldere water op de wereld, airco op de slaapkamer kwam van pas, perfecte ligging, heerlijk verse bakker achter de hoek, warenhuis op wandelafstand, gebruik van de subs mogelijk,…. Aanrader!!

Thank you for the kind service! We really enjoyed staying here this week. The apartment was clean, beautiful, and overall, we absolutely loved it. It was the perfect place to relax in the evenings — sitting on the balcony and enjoying the night view of the city and the sea was truly special. Above all, everything we appreciated was reflected in the host’s warm hospitality — we felt very welcome.

Fabulous views from the lovely waterfront patio. We swam 15 feet from our room and heard fish jumping in the night. An A/C is needed for summer. The yard plantings are beautiful.

Fantastisch verblijf op een unieke plek aan de Montenegrijnse kust! Wij verbleven hier begin juni met ons gezin (2 volwassenen, een kleuter en een baby) en het was werkelijk een droomplek om onze vakantie te starten. Het huis ligt op een rustige heuvel met uitzicht over de natuur en ligt strategisch tussen Tivat, Kotor en de mooie stranden van Luštica. Het huis zelf is sfeervol, goed uitgerust en erg schoon. Alles was aanwezig voor een comfortabel verblijf – van keukenapparatuur tot handdoeken. Onze host had alles duidelijk gecommuniceerd en Rosa stond bij aankomst klaar om ons welkom te heten. Heel prettig na een lange reis! Wat voor ons echt het verschil maakte: • De rust en ruimte rondom het huis • Mooie stranden (zoals Plavi Horizonti en Zanjice) op korte rijafstand • Goede uitvalsbasis voor dagtrips naar Kotor, Tivat en Herceg Novi Zeker een aanrader voor gezinnen die Montenegro willen ontdekken in een authentieke en ontspannen omgeving. We had an incredible stay at this cozy villa by the sea. Everything was perfect – from the breathtaking views to the peaceful surroundings. The garden was a dream, filled with mandarins and kiwi, which we enjoyed picking and tasting daily. The sweet scent of roses added to the charm and made our stay even more delightful. It was the ideal place to relax and feel connected to nature. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a beautiful and serene getaway!

Apartment is on the first floor so you're looking down on the beach which is great. has everything you need. housekeeper and owner both very helpful. we were allowed to leave our car in their secured parking area and use their beach towels after checkout which meant we could enjoy the sandy beach for a while longer. short driving distance to Budva and not very far from Kotor.

This is a wonderful apartment, very bright and clean, located on the top floor. it’s have everything you need for life: a dishwasher, a refrigerator, dishes, cleaning products and much more. A wonderful view from all the windows of the sea. The sea is just a couple of minutes walk away. In the evenings it was sometimes little noisy in the restaurants on the beach , but the noise always stopped after 23. Mags and Milos were very kind and attentive, always asking if we needed anything. There was a nice gift - wine and lots of snacks in the refrigerator :) We recommend these apartments to you

The place has everything one can need, weather it’s cooking or cleaning. Sandra is quick in responding and always has answers you need. She welcomed us with small gifts which was a very nice touch. Place worth recommending and remembering. Thank you for having us.

We had a great week stay here. The place is lovely and clean and fab having the pool to relax around. Restaurant & bakery near by is lovely. Would definitely recommend!

I highly recommend this place and Ivana. The apartment is very well equipped - nothing was missing in the kitchen or bathroom. Additionally, Ivana baked a cake for us and put beer in the fridge - it was a very nice welcome upon arrival. The most beautiful view is from the balcony - exactly as in the picture and probably even better. The location is perfect - in the very center of this small charming town, a wonderful promenade to Sveti Stefan and Queen's Beach - our number 1. The beach is quiet, without crowds. Very important - mattresses in the beds are hard and comfortable, that was the basis. Ivana was very helpful, she responded quickly and fulfilled our requests. If I am ever in Montenegro, only there!

Apartman még szebb volt, mint a képeken. Strand gyalog 5perc sétára volt, környékbeli csodastrandok 10percen belül. Élveztük ottlétünk minden pillanatát.

Parfait. Un peu loin de kotor à pied. Mais nous avions la voiture. Un peu tout terrain mais ensuite c’est parfait. L’appartement est top. Merci.

Güzel bir 2 gece geçirdik. Gayet ilgililerdi ve çok düzenliydi ev. Fakat evin fotoğraflarında deniz manzarası varken bizim kaldığımız odanın manzarası tamamen karşı otelin çamaşır bölümüne bakıyordu.

Stefan's property is wonderful and has beautiful views of the bay only thing that may be an issue for some is it is not walkable to Kotor as footpaths disappear at some points along the narrow road into Kotor requiring us to get Taxis to get around which was not a bother for us.

It was even nicer than the photos. Peaceful and relaxing town with amazing. Views. The hosts made everything super easy.

We had a nice stay. Luka was very helpful, even when the crazy grumpy didn’t let us to park in the public parking, he offered that he’d come and talk with her. But we found another parking spot, bc we didn’t want any problem with the crazy woman. The apartment was clean, nice location
