The Kamburinn cottage is located in a small village called Hveregardi in the south-west of Iceland, a 40-minute drive from the capital, which will allow you to easily visit the attractions on the Golden Circle route. This village is popular for its phenomenal hiking trails, one of them is Reykjadalur Hot Springs. The cabin is in a secluded location in a mountainous area which allows you to see fantastic views of the Northern Lights, decorated cozy with everything you need during your stay.

Surrounded by stunning nature and forest, a playground for children, and lots to explore in the surrounding areas. The hot tub seen in the picture is not in working order, it is being replaced in the fall, 2026.

Our cabin consist of two houses build together. The older house has a cozy sitting room, very bright and all made of wood. The newer house has a kitchen and a dining room. Additionally we have a tv room upstairs where we have mattresses if there are more people than the 4 bedrooms can take care of.
