Very nice host, the place was very nice, tidy and clean. I always got a quick response to my questions and anything I needed, I could count on the host to help. I can only recommend it!🥰

Everything was perfect, the place is beautiful, and the house itself is very functional. From the bed you can see the sea, in close proximity there are 2 major cities and very close to the market with all the necessary products. The host is a very friendly and open minded man who is happy to provide any information and help in any situation. I heartily recommend for shorter as well as longer trips.

The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The hosts were responsive and easy to communicate with. Great view and location—would definitely stay again!

Comfortable big house, beautiful views, super rooftop terrace, backyard. All amenities, sun loungers, umbrellas, BBQ, fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Very close to the beach, quite crowded beach, private and public area. The host is very friendly and helpful, and responds immediately if needed. One note - drinking water (2.5E for 6l) should be purchased at the store, the one in the house is not drinkable. Overall, a very successful stay. Recommended

Just got home from a fantastic stay at Agim’s place. We were over with 8 family members all different ages to celebrate my mums birthday and everyone absolutely loved the space. The pool area is amazing all the outdoor spaces were. We stayed in the back apartment they are both similar size. All amenties you will need for a long or short stay, the owner and his wife were lovely people the communication was flawless and fast, nothing was too much hassle. Thank you for a great stay if ever we are in Budva we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. We used taxis some nights to get up to the place but a lot of the time we walked it’s a little bit up but more than doable even for elderly

Overall, we are happy with the stay – the price was attractive, and the house was located in a very good location, close to the city, but still in a quiet environment. The views from the property are really impressive. The house was functional, although there was a slight smell of sewage at the top. Unfortunately, the BBQ area was a bit disappointing-is located at the back of the house and was not well-maintained. The wooden sun loungers by the pool were without cushions - making them not very comfortable. The pool is small, but clean and enough for a short relaxation. All in all, the place has potential and good location.

This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we've ever had! We stayed in the house as a group of 6 adults and 2 small children, and it was absolutely perfect. The home and garden are of exceptional quality, and the host was incredibly responsive to all our messages. Dusan’s mother, Mieke, who lives nearby, gave us a warm welcome and kindly showed us around. During our stay, my wife's sister had a minor accident, but Mieke was wonderfully helpful and even accompanied her to the hospital. The house is conveniently located just outside Tivat, only one street away from the ferry, which made it easy to explore nearby places like the stunning Perast and Herceg Novi. We highly recommend this place!

This is the most beautiful place we have ever stayed! We loved having dinner in the house each evening because the views and the huge windows in the main space were stunning. The location was peaceful and private, but still in a spot that was easy to get to other towns from (with a car). Thanks Sally!

Villa Perfetto is a great place to relax away from the more populated areas of Kotor, Tivat, Budva, etc... the swimming is fantastic. All the amenities are there and functional. Large patio umbrellas are great for a day by the water. Underwater lights for night swimming also great. Beds are comfy. Two large bays for cars was a huge plus. Though the area isn't as developed as the big tourist spots, it's a short drive to all of them. I would definitely come back.

Budimir was an excellent host! A very unique man with so much to offer. He is an excellent cook! He has a private restaurant downstairs from the property and offers great wine and spirits along with his wonderful personality. If you enjoy “experiences” Budimir offers you a great Montenegrin experience. The apartment is well done.

Fantastic house in a beautiful location. Just as described. The children loved the pool. Friendly and welcoming host. Great little shop down the road for essentials. There is lots to do within an easy driving distance.

Just Wow! this place was so perfect for our short stay and we wish we could stay for a week here. The host was very nice and friendly and communication was perfect. As for the property itself, it was so clean and the set up was great for our family. Parking was a value added as it seems many places struggle with parking.

Zeljko was a great guy and made us comfortable as he can. He was nice and kind to us. Welcome gifts were brilliant, view of Kotor Bay seen from balcony and the pool was also brilliant. Unfortunately we couldn't use the pool due to weather conditions, however me and my wife will definitely come again next summer to stay more than this time.

Miroslav is an amazing host! very friendly and helpful! if we're ever in Montenegro again Iope we can stay at his again. the place is nice and modern and very short walk to the beach.

We had a lovely week in Montenegro. The house is well equipped with everything you need. There are even pool towels and bathrobes. The kitchen is quite small, there are only two cooktops but is otherwise well equipped. Overall, the cleanliness was fine. The location is very quiet and secluded, there is a large terrace and a great pool. Sladjana gives great tips and the boat tour with her was well worth it! It takes about 30 minutes to get to the nearest beach, generally a car is needed for activities, etc. Shopping is available in the village.

My family and I, 8 of us, had a fantastic stay in villa Dolaca/ Leona. The most attentive housekeepers, the pool was cleaned throughout the week and we were made to feel welcome. There is a need for a car unless you’re very fit as the vertical hill up to the apartment is probably the highest I’ve driven but we did walk it a couple of times. It was a great location to base yourself to explore the beautiful surrounds of Montenegro. We were very sad to leave. Thanks Amra and team.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Our favourite part was the privite jetty/beach looking out across the sea. Zade provided paddle boards and kayaks and we all enjoyed exploring around a near-by island. Zade was a great host and was always on hand if we needed to ask any questions. We hired cars which was very useful to get to local supermarkets and places of interest.

We spent a week in Sanja's bungalow and felt comfortable right now. The accommodation is very lovingly furnished. The outdoor area is very well maintained and the pool large and clean. From the terrace you have a great view over the bay of Kotor. You definitely need a rental car to get to the accommodation and be mobile from there. The property is 20 minutes away from Tivat Airport. Sanja and her family live right next door and are very helpful. All in all highly recommended!
