Just the most idyllic and beautiful space to recharge. Goran is by far the best host I've ever encountered. It really feels like staying with a long lost friend that gives you plenty of space and privacy. The breakfasts in the morning are just amazing and so varied. I've come back lighter and so full of energy. For runners the villa has some beautiful traffic free running routes (just a couple if protective dogs to dodge on the way). The perfect place to recharge away from everything but close enough to everything? (definitely recommend hiring a car)

Everything was perfect, the place is beautiful, and the house itself is very functional. From the bed you can see the sea, in close proximity there are 2 major cities and very close to the market with all the necessary products. The host is a very friendly and open minded man who is happy to provide any information and help in any situation. I heartily recommend for shorter as well as longer trips.

The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The hosts were responsive and easy to communicate with. Great view and location—would definitely stay again!

Comfortable big house, beautiful views, super rooftop terrace, backyard. All amenities, sun loungers, umbrellas, BBQ, fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Very close to the beach, quite crowded beach, private and public area. The host is very friendly and helpful, and responds immediately if needed. One note - drinking water (2.5E for 6l) should be purchased at the store, the one in the house is not drinkable. Overall, a very successful stay. Recommended

It's a very generous villa with many rooms, so everyone has their own space and the living room/kitchen combination in the main part of the house is great for quite a few people. It was seven of us and we never felt like we stepped on each others' toes. It has a very nice view to the ocean, but unfortunately there is nothing in walking distance, so you always need a car and driver. The entry to the carport is pretty steep, so it's good to have a good car and confident driver. There were plenty of towels and everything needed for bedding was provided, also lots of spare toilet paper and detergent for the washing machine. All in all we had a very nice stay.

We were a group of 11 men who had a wonderful stay at Vladimir's house. The family were very friendly and they picked us up from the airport. The house has an absolutely stunning outdoor space. Not very good space inside, but if you're pretty much going outside, the house is highly recommended”

This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we've ever had! We stayed in the house as a group of 6 adults and 2 small children, and it was absolutely perfect. The home and garden are of exceptional quality, and the host was incredibly responsive to all our messages. Dusan’s mother, Mieke, who lives nearby, gave us a warm welcome and kindly showed us around. During our stay, my wife's sister had a minor accident, but Mieke was wonderfully helpful and even accompanied her to the hospital. The house is conveniently located just outside Tivat, only one street away from the ferry, which made it easy to explore nearby places like the stunning Perast and Herceg Novi. We highly recommend this place!

This is the most beautiful place we have ever stayed! We loved having dinner in the house each evening because the views and the huge windows in the main space were stunning. The location was peaceful and private, but still in a spot that was easy to get to other towns from (with a car). Thanks Sally!

Budimir was an excellent host! A very unique man with so much to offer. He is an excellent cook! He has a private restaurant downstairs from the property and offers great wine and spirits along with his wonderful personality. If you enjoy “experiences” Budimir offers you a great Montenegrin experience. The apartment is well done.

Had a great vacation at Philip and Jovanka's villa. Both are lovely people, very friendly. We ordered breakfast and dinner through them and it was excellent!! The villa is very spacious, we were several families, a total of 17 people and the division of the villa was very suitable. The division into several spacious apartments and in addition a very wide and large dining room where we could all eat our meals together. The pool is lovely, very spacious although due to the weather we did not use it. The villa is a short drive from large supermarkets and about 15 minutes from Tivat airport. was very successful. Many thanks to Philip and the whole family!! Highly recommended

Latif was super helpful from the start - helpful with advance communication / arrival and super informative about the house / amenities and local area with great recommendations Latif went out of his way to always be on hand to offer any information or help during our stay The house was fab - both inside and out and fabulous pool and jacuzzi

Fantastic house in a beautiful location. Just as described. The children loved the pool. Friendly and welcoming host. Great little shop down the road for essentials. There is lots to do within an easy driving distance.

Zeljko was a great guy and made us comfortable as he can. He was nice and kind to us. Welcome gifts were brilliant, view of Kotor Bay seen from balcony and the pool was also brilliant. Unfortunately we couldn't use the pool due to weather conditions, however me and my wife will definitely come again next summer to stay more than this time.

Miroslav is an amazing host! very friendly and helpful! if we're ever in Montenegro again Iope we can stay at his again. the place is nice and modern and very short walk to the beach.

We had a lovely week in Montenegro. The house is well equipped with everything you need. There are even pool towels and bathrobes. The kitchen is quite small, there are only two cooktops but is otherwise well equipped. Overall, the cleanliness was fine. The location is very quiet and secluded, there is a large terrace and a great pool. Sladjana gives great tips and the boat tour with her was well worth it! It takes about 30 minutes to get to the nearest beach, generally a car is needed for activities, etc. Shopping is available in the village.

My family and I, 8 of us, had a fantastic stay in villa Dolaca/ Leona. The most attentive housekeepers, the pool was cleaned throughout the week and we were made to feel welcome. There is a need for a car unless you’re very fit as the vertical hill up to the apartment is probably the highest I’ve driven but we did walk it a couple of times. It was a great location to base yourself to explore the beautiful surrounds of Montenegro. We were very sad to leave. Thanks Amra and team.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Our favourite part was the privite jetty/beach looking out across the sea. Zade provided paddle boards and kayaks and we all enjoyed exploring around a near-by island. Zade was a great host and was always on hand if we needed to ask any questions. We hired cars which was very useful to get to local supermarkets and places of interest.

We spent a week in Sanja's bungalow and felt comfortable right now. The accommodation is very lovingly furnished. The outdoor area is very well maintained and the pool large and clean. From the terrace you have a great view over the bay of Kotor. You definitely need a rental car to get to the accommodation and be mobile from there. The property is 20 minutes away from Tivat Airport. Sanja and her family live right next door and are very helpful. All in all highly recommended!

The place is very close to the beach and very clean. Value for money is very good
