Backyard villa

This is a private accommodation in a quiet and comfortable courtyard. The house has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a dining room. The two rooms have a 1.5-metre and a 1.35-metre double bed, plus a sofa bed. It is suitable for two adults and one child. If there are three adults, one can sleep on the sofa.Both rooms have large wardrobes, computer desks and chairs, and clothes hangers. The bedding is clean and comfortable, and bath towels and slippers are provided. There is also a bathroom in the courtyard for use. There is a separate entrance for guests to conveniently access the rooms inside the property. All rooms have door locks and keys 🔑. There is a parking space in front of the house. The property can accommodate three people and is suitable for families, friends, and companions. It is a comfortable, well-equipped, and affordable place to stay for travel, holidays, and sightseeing. Long-term guests are also welcome to enquire about booking (price can be negotiated with discounts).

Cronulla beach is a short walk or ride away. No car is needed in our little oasis.

Quiet apartment but on a busy road so sometimes noisy, close to beaches, parks, shopping mall, restaurants and cafes, entertainment and public transport.
