Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Sussex County

Spent a weekend here with friends and had an awesome time. Yevgeniy was extremely accommodating, and responded to any questions very quickly. I would 100% come back.

We were a group of 11 and felt right at home. We really enjoyed hearing the birds singining in the morning and the beautiful surrondings. We had walks in the morning around the neighborhood and it was a nice quiet area. Host was very responsive and kind. Would definately stay again.

Garrett and Chad were very responsive and gave a great recommendation for dinner in town. We had an issue with the microwave not working but decided not to have it fixed while we were there since we were leaving the next day. The house and grounds are very spacious and clean. Bedrooms are good sizes. You’ll even have some deer graze right near the house. Overall a great stay!

Lisa was extremely kind and helpful before and throughout our stay. The house was beautiful and we had an awesome weekend in Warwick. Would definitely come back!

Such a beautiful location on the lake and great home - spacious and very clean! Jose was incredibly responsive and a great host. Check-in and check-out was very easy, which is always appreciated. Hope we can come back someday!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property with 5 adults and 2 kids (ages 10 and 12). The place is nice and clean, kitchen has everything you need to cook meals, bathrooms had toothbrushes and travel sized toiletries. Each bedroom had water bottles and the rooms were very spacious, the sectional couch in the living room was huge and comfy! Yariv was very quick to respond to any questions we had which was highly appreciated. The basement had lots of games for adults and kids of any age, including toddlers. We went during the Memorial Day weekend and on Memorial Day there is a parade that passes super close to the property, about a 45 second walk away, which was surprising and great, our kids really liked that! It's also very close to the Lakeview Marina, where we chartered a boat and went fishing. Overall it was a great weekend getaway for our family and we will surely be back at this property!

We loved our stay! The lake house was very cozy, peaceful and relaxing. The lake views were absolutely gorgeous with direct access and a dock with kayaks for use. The hot tub was perfect for two with great views of lake. All the trees and flowers were beautiful. It was awesome to have coffee in the morning outside and watch the birds and turtles. The bed was very comfortable and a great open and light kitchen with new appliances. Lots to do in the area and at house. Wonderful close by resteraunts. Out host was great to work with and very friendly too! Thanks so much Yan Yan Li! Highly recommend and would love to return for another visit!

Susan was an excellent host, and everything was clean! The place had all the amenities we needed and more. Finding the location was easy, and Susan provided a wealth of information about places to visit with my family, especially taking the weather into account. I will definitely book again. I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. Sparta was perfect for a weekend away. It was a short walk away from a beautiful private lake and quiet and relaxing. Mario was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in seamless. It truly felt like a home away from home. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful stay.

Very cute within a nice naturistic town

Lisa was very helpful and quick to respond when needed. The place is gorgeous and cozy, felt right at home. Plenty of towels, blankets, pillows to use. Amenities were perfect! Had a great time.

The place was secluded. the hot tub was perfect. The basement was real chill to hang out on a snowy icy evening

We had a great stay! The house was very pretty outside and decorated beautifully inside. It’s right at the top of a hill with a beautiful view of the mountain trees above and creek below. The house is right off the main road so you do hear traffic but it’s completely private. We booked this location to hike so it was perfectly situated between all the waterfalls we wanted to see. We enjoyed the hot tub after hiking although we fought for dominance of the tub with a big orb spider! Lol It’s to be expected in the woods. My son absolutely loved the game room and we had a blast playing pinball, foosball and the game table. The house was stocked with amenities but make sure to bring coffee, shampoo/conditioner and soap for the shower. The beds were comfy and the upstairs rooms all had fans to help on the hot nights. We loved going into town and ate at the Apple Valley restaurant and did some shopping in town. It’s a lovely area! Definitely recommend!
