This place is amazingggg. Such a perfect experience. I’m so glad I came here. I love it so much I ended up saying two extra days. I wanna keep it all to myself. I don’t even wanna tell you guys about it. 😂 this place really is as perfect as it looks. The beds are so comfortable, the view is amazing. The sounds are amazing. Everything is high quality. Heated floor and seat in bathroom. It’s so peaceful and private. There’s a Japanese style hot tub in the backyard that overlooks the river. And string lights thru the back yard. I love it SO much. Everything here is so intentional. Jenny did an amazing job with this place. And Jenny is so chill and fun. I don’t wanna Airbnb anywhere else - this place has ruined it for all other places 😂

My family and I came up from Friday to Tuesday for my birthday. It was the perfect getaway. We took advantage of all the wonderful recommendations that Meng and Andrew gave us. All of the restaurants and shops were fantastic. The home is set in front a beautiful peaceful creek, we had the windows open and enjoyed the beautiful sounds of nature and the fresh air. My dog loved running around the property and drinking from the stream. The sauna and the hot tub where the perfect treat after our adventurous days. I could not have asked for a better getaway. The home is thoughtfully decorated and had everything we needed to feel right at home. Thank you!

Amazing stay with incredible amenities! The house was super clean and spotless upon arrival. Beautiful property - you won’t want to leave! The host is super accommodating and provides thorough instructions for the amenities. Wonder is a thoughtful host and prepares you with all the tools/info you need to make your stay perfect. We used all three of the hot tub, cold plunge and sauna - it’s an immaculate setup. It rained most of our stay and the amenities kept us happily preoccupied all weekend.

We were just looking to get away from it all. Place was nice and had what we wanted. Went downtown walked around, ate at Old Post (good place), spent night in hot tub and fire pit after. went kayaking down Delaware River. Great relaxing quite weekend. Place was very welcoming and homey.

Rena was an amazing host we were running a bit late to check in due to car problems she was very caring and always responded quickly. Checking in and out was super easy. Her place is beautiful and peaceful. Even though it rained during our stay the place still looked amazing! The sounds of nature were soothing, and the views were breathtaking. At night the stars looked remarkable. My girlfriend and I will never forget The Roost. Thank you for having us rena. We really appreciated how understanding and responsive you were during our stay. I will recommend your place to my family and friends! 11/10 rating.

The house was perfect for our family, which included a toddler and a 2 month old baby for the weekend. Unfortunately it was a rainy weekend so we couldn’t enjoy the deck and the awesome views very much. We would stay here again!

Julie's place was the perfect winter getaway. The fireplace, hot tub and sauna warmed us and the very well-equipped kitchen enabled us to prepare great meals. The house was beautiful, with two living rooms for different activities and energy levels, a game room downstairs, a dining room with a large table and chairs, and comfortable furniture and beds throughout. Julie texted me to make sure that our every need was met. We had a snow and ice storm, and she had the driveway and walkways plowed, shoveled and sanded twice, and kept plenty of salt on-hand. We hope to return sometime in warmer weather so we can enjoy the pond, too.

My husband, friends, and I are truly enamored with Jacob's place. The house is beautiful, and the atmosphere is incredibly peaceful and inviting. We always have a wonderful time there. This was our third visit, and we can easily envision many more to come in the future.

We traveled from Indiana, PA to NY, so our son could escort his friends to Whitney Point Prom. We choose Wilma, as it looked inviting & relaxing & to be honest, it far exceeded our expectations. Once we got everyone off to Prom, we were able to relax on the back deck, watching/listening to the river. We even had a small fire & the kids decided to skip the After Prom & come crash our peaceful fire. The citronella candles that Charlene provided, was a huge help with the evening bugs along the river. Sunday, we spent all day relaxing on the back deck & got dinner from Magro's. If we ever find ourselves traveling to NY again, we would definitely stay at Wilma again. If it wasn't for our Bulldog missing the other 2 pups at home, we would never have wanted to leave.

The cabin was a great getaway for our family (dog and 5 year old included). It was exactly as described and the perfect place to unwind and get away from the busy world. Before we checked in Thomas and Shelly reached out and told us of an issue with the cabin that wouldn’t be able to be fixed before our vacation.(we had no issues with it while we were there) They were open and upfront with it and gave us the option of continuing our stay. It wasn’t a big deal to us but we were happy to have the information. We had rain in the forecast and Shelly made sure our 5 year old had plenty of activities to do inside so we didn’t have to worry about entering him. It was muddy due to the rain and they made sure we had extra towels for our dog. They went above and beyond to accommodate us with all we needed. Highly recommended staying and enjoying the cabin.

The cabin was rustic and in a beautiful location. Close to everything and close to nothing ! If you wanted to enjoy nature - just walk out the back of the house and sit in the hammock and enjoy the views and sounds of the river. If you wanted a cute cafe, ice cream, coffee, or just to run and get something from family dollar it was only a few minutes drive away. We were driving distance from Howe Caverns and Watkins Glen, both beautiful places to visit. The game room in the basement was icing on the cake, no one was every bored ! Relaxing on the soft leather reclining couch and looking out at the river was divine, as was breakfast on the deck every morning. We found 4 kayaks in great condition and plenty of life vests available, though not everyone in our group was good at paddling against the current of the river. Overall, it is a really nice place to relax and take a break from life !

This is a great place to disconnect and enjoy nature. Very quiet and the cabin was very clean. The wood stove was nice and easy to operate, we enjoyed it very much. The path to the cabin is steep so you’ll get a little workout for free.

Katherine was a wonderful host, and her Barryville home was the perfect getaway for our family. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed—the thoughtful breakfast treats waiting for us were such a kind touch and set the tone for our stay. The cabin itself is spotless, tastefully decorated, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. Katherine was always quick to respond and happy to accommodate our questions and requests. Her flexibility and warm communication made planning our days easy. :) If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with a responsive host, delightful personal touches, and a home base that feels both rustic and refined, Katherine’s place is perfect. We’re already talking about coming back!!

Ryan has a really beautiful cabin right on a lake. It was even nicer than the pictures and was absolutely spotless. Although it is in a remote location, Ryan gave very clear instructions and our stay was flawless. I appreciated that Ryan reached out before approving the rental to inform us of snow on the entrance road and to make sure that we had 4 wheel drive vehicles. He was extremely responsive and reached out numerous times during our stay to make sure everything was o.k. We used the cabin for a ski weekend and it was about a 30 minute scenic drive to Elk Mountain. One caveat is there are not many restaurants nearby so you may want to bring food.

This is a fabulous place!! The cabin was spotlessly clean and cozy, the lake was peaceful, we spent a lot of time out on the kayaks. The hot tub was perfect for when it got dark and started to cool off. We'll be going back for sure : )

We had the best time! We felt right at home, and the property was beautifully kept and so peaceful. I went for a morning walk everyday, it was a great way to start the day out. We also found an adorable little ma and pa shop that was a 16 minutes drive. We loved everything and can’t wait to come back, yearly!!!!

Michaela was very responsive and the cabin was a nice get away. The kayaks and canoe were perfect for our 4 day trip. The kids caught many crappies.

We have stayed here a few times and plan to come again. We love staying in your cabin, it has everything we need. It has beautiful views of the mountains with many different kinds of birds to enjoy watching. We can not wait to come again.

The Walton Cabin is really perfect -- I can't wait to return! A perfect location, impeccable and gorgeous interior, an indoor fireplace, calming views of the pond, and birdsong all day and night -- what else can you ask for!?

My wife, two children, and I stayed here for a ski weekend at Elk Mountain. The accommodations were spacious for our family of four, the location was close to the mountain, and the surroundings were peaceful and serene. We will book again.

We loved Claudia’s place! It is clean and the house and property are beautiful. Claudia was so thoughtful and even asked us if we wanted to check out later b/c cleaners were coming later. We WILL be back!! To listen to the creek, sit on the covered porch, and hang at the fire pit by the creek. There is also a great lounging basement for rainy days and movies complete with Sonos and super large tv. Secluded and quiet This is a great find!! Thanks again Claudia.
