Kids can enjoy ping pong ,outdoor bean bag toss and bowling! No lifeguard on duty! Swim at ur own risk Note: The pool heat is an additional charge of $50 a day/3day min. Runs 8 hours when the pump runs. Must be paid in advance/notice must be given 4 days before your arrival. Swimming/ Flotation devices that may be onsite. Use at ur own risk! 😊

Come and relax in the quiet backyard, lounge by the (unheated) pool all day. We have both charcoal & Propane BBQ's, outdoor dining and 2 outdoor living rooms. Indoors you will find a spacious, well stocked kitchen, the living room has a large smart TV and WIFI. The large master bedroom has its own bathroom, walk-in closet, and a smart TV. There is also a pack&play and many toys for kids to use. There are 2 more bedrooms and another full bathroom . Sofa bed & airbed w/ linens in the closet.

This house has everything you need. Only 3 miles from Surprise stadium. 11 miles from Cardinal stadium. It has a pool table, ping pong, foosball, and darts in the game room. Outdoor games such as LRC and corn hole as well as a grill add extra fun. There is space for everyone with 5 large bedrooms and three and half baths. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a meal. Relax in the backyard, eat outside and enjoy the great weather, and watch Arizona's beautiful sunsets.

This beautiful private home is located in a quiet desirable neighborhood in Surprise. Enjoy the backyard Oasis with a sparkling pool with waterfall! Eat out by the pool under the umbrella or sit under the covered patio. If it’s indoors you prefer then you can watch TV, play some games in our game room, read some books in the common area, or chill in the family room off the kitchen! Fully equiped kitchen. BBQ, Keurig. Stocked with spices and seasonings. Washer/dryer and 2 car garage.
