The place is absolutely fabulous. You can’t really grasp the scale of it until you’re there; it’s enormous. The views are stunning, and the main living area truly makes the home special. The bedrooms are lovely, especially the one on the top floor with its private bathroom and fantastic views. The property includes a housekeeper who was there six days a week. The host can also arrange a home-cooked meal, which we tried one evening. It was delicious. They can even arrange massage therapists to come to the house, and the cost was comparable to going out to a salon. One downside is that some of the furniture could use an update, but I understand that’s already in the works. Getting to the location is a bit of an adventure, with an unpaved road and some steep hills. The house is built into the side of a hill, so there’s a bit of a climb between floors. That said this place is an absolute must-rent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Patricia's beautiful villa in Koh Samui! The flexible check-in & check-out made our arrival smooth and stress-free. Patricia was an incredibly friendly and communicative host throughout the booking and our stay. On the ground, Kate and Sun were amazing—super helpful and always available when we needed anything. Sun met us at the villa to help us check in and give us a full tour. The villa itself is stunning, the pool area and the view are incredible, you can see all the way to the sea and the islands beyond. The location is very close to Fisherman's Village, just a 10 minute drive up into the hills from the main highway, and easily reachable by car or scooter. The bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever slept in. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing stay, we will definitely be back next time we are in Koh Samui!

Beautiful place, location is up on a hill and not very walkable but was easy to coordinate transportation with local taxis, grab, etc. amazing view. Matthew was a responsive and helpful host and the staff were very welcoming!!

The villa was very clean and beautiful. Fully equipped and very nice design, , the night lights were amazing, The host Mr. Jordi (the host) was very friendly, cooperative and responsive.

i had a great stay at this villa. the place was very clean, and the furnture was like new, medern and arranged in very comfortable way. the was friendly and heplful even if he was not avable when we arrive but he was avalible in whatupp, which made the whole exoerience smooth and pleasant. the villa is located on a steep slope, which give it a unique charm and offered beautiful views. the location is peaceful and well-connected, just as described. the only thing i would syggest is adding an air conditioner in the livilg room, especially for the hot days. other than that, everything was perfect

An amazing place to stay, highly reccomend!

Last week we stayed at this amazing property, and I must say the experience was just great! The space was clean and tidy, with all the amenities you need to feel at home. The host was kind and nice, and was available for any questions or requests we had. The location was excellent - close to main attractions, good restaurants and recreational areas. We loved being able to explore the area without the need for long trips. The design of the space was unique and inviting, with little details that made us feel special. We especially loved the lovely terrace and enjoyed magical sunsets and wonderful morning walks on the sea. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy, clean and with a family atmosphere. We would definitely stay again!

The space is beautifully designed, full of thoughtful details and super clean. Surrounded by nature, yet close enough to beaches, cafés and shops. The location is peaceful without being isolated. Beautiful villa with a stunning view of the ocean in a peaceful and quiet area of Koh Samui. We felt right at home, as the villa was ready when we arrived. Fon welcomed us personally even in heavy rain, and arranged us airport taxi. There’s also an air conditioning in the main living/ kitchen area, which wasn’t mentioned in the listiny which is a huge plus. The beds are comfy and bed linens are kept squeaky clean, as well the bathrooms. Huge patio with Infinity pool is great for the evenings. Fon also arranged motorbikes rental for us - delivered directly to villa and returned at the villa - super convenient. Fon was very helpful during the whole stay and always responded on the phone when we needed her help. We stayed during the New Year Eve and had a great view of the fireworks around villa directly from the pool. We highly recommend this villa to everyone not afraid of location up in the hills - easily accessible by motorbike or SUV. Thanks for lifetime memories !

The accommodation was fantastic on a quiet stretch of beach in Chaloklum. The small pool was refreshing and worth its weight in gold with our two small children. A lot of information and contacts were shared via a WhatsApp group. The recommendations were very helpful. A taxi service was always available. After four days, the apartment was cleaned once. Chaloklum has many different restaurants, all within walking distance. It really has a great charm and there is something for every taste. The night market on Sunday is definitely worth a visit. We were very warmly welcomed and felt comfortable with Mathieu right away. We would come back anytime if we spend another holiday on Koh Phangan

A heavenly home tucked up in the tropical mountains. This was my second time staying at this beautiful AirBnB, and it is a villa I will only continue returning back to experience the perfect stay for a summer vacation. My husband and I received such wonderful attentiveness and excellent hospitality from both Patrice and his on site manager Koko. They made us feel so welcome and at home from the moment of our arrival. We loved every moment of our entire stay, with the highlight being relaxing in and by the pool.

We booked the villa after we disappointed from another place nearby. Ying welcomed us in a short notice, made sure everything is clean and ready for us. This villa is the BEST we ever been in. Everything is so well designed, the view is incredible, exactly like in the pictures and even more. We extended our stay because we didn’t want to leave. Super recommended!

The villa was even more beautiful in person than in the photos, which honestly never happens! The pool was incredible and we spent so much time just enjoying those gorgeous views. Everything looked exactly like what we expected from the listing. Jack the driver deserves a special mention because he was seriously awesome. Not only was he super flexible with our schedule and pickups, but he gave us the best local recommendations. We discovered some amazing spots we never would have found otherwise, and he was just such a genuinely nice guy to be around. Everything about this place exceeded what we hoped for. we are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers (14 and 17 years old) and we had a great time staying 5 days in koh phsngan using the house as a base to visit the island. we had our own car the house is very well located ( a bite steap at the start 😋) close to haad Yao beach with a lot of nice restaurants ( Pura Vida, Cocoloco, Buba). the team was very responsive and helpful all the time, always giving good advise on where / what to do. the pictures describing the house matches reality and the view is very beautifull ! we recommend sunset around 0630 pm , Magic !!

The location is super convenient if you have a scooter, as it gives you easy access to all the nearby hotspots while still being tucked away in a quiet, relaxing area.
