Designed by Carlos Lemos, our house is one-story, spacious, and super bright. Situated on a plot of land with a privileged view of the sea and the mountains. It is surrounded by the Atlantic Forest, with few neighbors, about 500 meters from the beach. The house is well equipped with a full kitchen and laundry room, and has fast internet (100Mb) with Wi-Fi in all rooms. The living room has a fireplace and the balcony outdoor area is quite large with a deck, hammocks and a portable barbecue.

For those who like hiking, it is possible to access beaches where you can only arrive by boat or on foot, such as Praia da Ribeira and Flamengo (a paradise). Close to Saco da Ribeira from where you can take boat rides to Anchieta Island, a preserved paradise.
