A lovingly updated, classic SR home. It's stylish, comfy, clean & couldn't be in a better location (in our humble opinion.) The adults will love the ground floor King and Queen bedrooms with memory foam beds & quality linens. On the second floor, find a bunk room & loft perfect for kids. Have fun with 8 SHARC passes, bikes and games. Our guests love the double sided fireplace & HUGE peaceful back deck with BBQ. Short walk or ride to village, pool & nature center. New TREX deck, AC & Hot tub 👌🏼

This recently renovated, rustic modern condo is in the heart of Sunriver Village. It’s truly a retreat being an end unit, offering great views and ample privacy. Leave everything at home, this condo comes equipped with all things needed to enjoy your stay! There are 2 sleds and bikes of various sizes to go cruise the miles of paved bike paths, right outside the door.

Beautiful Condo in SR Village

Cozy, updated condo located steps from the Sunriver Village. Walk out the front door and you'll find fresh coffee, pastries, beer, groceries, ice skating or mini golf (depending on the season), and everything else the village has to offer! The walking/bike trail is behind the home, which leads you all around Sunriver, including to lodge, Nature Center, Fort Rock Park, Stables, Marina, or SHARC (a pool/hot tub), which is also only a 2 minute drive. As of June 2025 we also have new AC and heat!

The house features an open floor plan with a gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and a well stocked kitchen with brand new appliances. Air conditioning is now installed as well.

Private, in room infrared sauna for two and adventure kit included. Community laundry room is available and Netflix login is provided to all guests.
