Well-equipped cabin from 2020/1850 by Hestadfjorden

The cabin is 120 sqm and was completed in the spring of 2020. The cabin is of very high quality with "Madsstova" from before 1850 - originally from Jølster. The cabin has 2 fireplaces, laundry room and sauna. At the cabin there is a covered patio and boat and canoe can be provided, but must be booked separately. To fish in the water you have to buy a fishing license. The cabin is located by Viksdalsvatnet/Hestadfjorden and in a great hiking area. Further up the valley you come to Gaularfjellet and over to Sogn. In the opposite direction is Førde with 13,000 inhabitants

Large house with plenty of space in the living room and kitchen, and you also have the opportunity to enjoy the view from the winter garden that is connected to the kitchen. 13 beds are divided into 4 bedrooms. 2 bathrooms/toilet, both with shower, where the main bathroom also has a large double bathtub. Here you have a very short distance to everything Jølster has to offer in terms of fishing, mountains and hiking.

If you want to experience Lake Jølstravatnet from the water, we also offer boat hire: Øien 460-1 with a 20 HP Yamaha motor.

Welcome to Jølster! This summer cottage is idyllically located on the waterfront at Jølstravatnet, with a stunning view. Enjoy late or active days in the immediate vicinity of both the sea and mountains. The outdoor area is large, and here you can enjoy long summer days, go out with the rowboat (included), swim in crystal clear water, try out SUP boards or kayak (which is also included). Fishing holiday 😃🦈🚤 Unwind with family or friends at this peaceful retreat near the mountains and the fjord. Here, you can go fishing, enjoy walks in the woods and fields, relax, swim, and much more. Possibility of renting a boat Registered for tourist fishing. We have good and stable boats in several sizes. Outboard motor boats 17 feet with 30-40 horsepower and larger diesel boats for the more experienced. Feel free to look over the pictures for an overview of the boats. There is a fish stall near the quay.

Welcome to the Opera Farm: "Sølvane Farm" Enjoy nature, food and culture at our farm while staying in this blue house next to the concert barn. This house is one of 10 houses, rooms and cabins at the farm, and we have 6 suites opened 2022. Total we can accommodate 50 guests. We have concerts, dinners and events at the barn the whole summer.
